Das Hotel war älter, aber sauber. Bequem für Gatlinburg, und der Smoky Mountain Parkway. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was Sie brauchen, Mini-Kühlschrank, kleine Kaffeemaschine, Haartrockner. Aufzug zum zweiten und dritten Stock. Aber es war nicht bequem an beiden Enden der großen Außeneingänge. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Zimmer hatte einen Flachbild-TV, aber die Fernbedienungen funktionierten nicht. Wir wollten den Vordertisch anrufen, aber das Telefon funktionierte auch nicht. Als wir zum Vordertafel gingen, um ihnen zu sagen, sagten sie, sie wussten nicht, dass die Zimmer Telefone hatten. Sie gab uns eine neue Fernseher, die auch nicht funktionierte. Es gab nur 1 Waschbecken und Handtücher im Zimmer, aber sie gab uns mehr, als wir zum Vordertafel gingen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Pool war offen, aber nicht wie angekündigt erhitzt.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Ziel, Westtown Mall, Starbucks, tj maxx, das Waschhaus Waschmaschine, etc. Es gibt nur so viele Unternehmen innerhalb von 100 Fuß dieses Hotels ist so bequem für alles!

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Das Hotel ist alt, vor allem in der Wolke, und es fühlt sich nicht sauber. Aber es ist sehr gut, der Parkplatz ist groß, das Zimmer ist groß, der Service ist gut, das Frühstück ist auch gut, weil ich es kenne, habe ich dieses Haus mehrfach gelebt. Einmal war ich neben dem Hotel Wanhoo, obwohl das luxuriöse, aber das Zimmer klein ist, gab es zwei Feueralarms in der Mitte der Nacht, der Preis ist zu niedrig und die Erfahrung ist zu schlecht. Also wohnen Sie oft in diesem Haus.

Großes Hotel, große Lage! Hausaufbewahrung ersetzte nicht die Artikel im Zimmer (Wäschepapier, Tassen, etc.), aber das Zimmer war sauber.

Awesome place to stay! Don't look amazing on the outside but very nice on the inside! Wäre definitiv empfehlen!

Wir haben in den letzten Jahren mehrmals hier geblieben 5-10 Jahre, so dass wir *dachten* wussten, was wir zu bekommen. Es ist Sommer in Nashville, so bin ich etwas ok, den anderen Weg mit dem Gebäude und Zimmer fühlen sich nass. Das gesamte Zimmer war gut; komfortable Bett, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, ziemlich komfortable Stuhl & Osman. Die kleinen Dinge sind nur verwirrend und betreffen, dass dieses einmal wunderbare Hotel Trends abnimmt. 🚪Die Schlüsselkarte auf der Tür wurde gebockt! Schieben in der Karte war die FINICHKIELTSTE ALLE Zeit, was uns Probleme verursacht. Einmal schieben die Schlüsselkarte ganz in, essen die Karte. Wartung kam, um die Karte zu holen. Es wurde keine Korrektur gemacht, wir wurden gerade gesagt, vorsichtig zu sein. 🪟 Die Sonnenschirme hinter dem Fenstergarten waren janky AF, die linke Seite war nach unten, aber nicht bewegen (das Korb wurde entfernt und am oberen Rand gedrückt). Alles während die rechten waren auf, ohne einen Weg, es nach unten zu bringen, außer es zu ziehen. Aber als ich das tat, erkannte ich, warum sie es auf hatten und der elektrische Motor ausgeschaltet ... Es ging nicht ganz nach unten und wurde geschrotet. 💧 Der Tauch ist nach hinten, heißes Wasser nach rechts und cool nach links. 🌡️ Der Thermostat wurde zerbrochen. Das Zimmer war kühl, aber es war unkomfortabel, da es nass war. Es war nass genug, dass die Möbel ein Danky Gefühl für sie hatten. Hat das Zimmer für uns funktioniert, ja. Wenn alle kleinen Dinge hinzugefügt, dann halten wir uns für die Überzeugung, dass unsere nächste Reise an anderer Stelle gebucht wird, auch ja.
