5/5 Excellent I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers some of the best dining options available. A special mention goes to Miss Rubial, whose service truly stood out. She is incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. She communicates with customers in such a respectful and pleasant manner, takes the time to understand their needs, and ensures everything is taken care of accordingly. Her dedication to excellent customer service made my stay truly memorable. Had a Business Class Suite booked for a few nights right after my wedding. Had to pay a little extra to get the room decorated for the occasion but everything was well taken care of and room and facilities were clean. Would recommend for a stay.

The hotel is very tired with poor quality of furniture and fittings. This included the public spaces such as the coffee lounge (Fanoos Lounge). The saving grace is the hotel staff. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. Shame that the facilities did not match the staff

I've been to this hotel many times, but if i can I prefer to avoid it. Though super convenient for airport, the facility is old, the food is terrible and breakfast is so so and messy. If they renovated the place and improved the services it would be a great place

Das Frühstück ist nicht viel, der Service an der Rezeption ist langsam, das Einchecken dauerte 40 Minuten, und dann stellte ich fest, dass sich Leute im arrangierten Zimmer befanden, und stürzte fast hinein Visum, und ich habe es später gefunden Ich weiß nicht, welche Flüssigkeit nass wird, und die Schrift ist verschwommen...Die Sauberkeit ist nicht schlecht, das Duschgel wird nicht erneuert, es gibt eine Zahnbürste
