Alle Mitarbeiter waren untergebracht, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich buchte ein Zimmer mit mayonnaise Blick, aber nach ihnen das Zimmer, das ich bekam, war nur ein de luxe Zimmer ohne mayonnaise Blick. Ich habe einen guten Kundenservice mit dem freundlichen Empfangspersonal erhalten. Sie gab mir einige Optionen und mit einem Mindestpreis habe ich das Zimmer, das ich wollte. Danke Miss Rezeptionist tut mir leid, dass ich mit Namen zu Schwierigkeiten habe, aber ich schätze Ihren Service und auch dem Pflegepersonal, der uns Schweinepinangat im Restaurant serviert hat. Kudos für Sie alle!

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine verschlossener Tür zum Nebenzimmer, weshalb man die Gäste (Familie mit Kindern) im Nebenzimmer m.E. zu gut hören konnte. Ebenfalls isolieren die Scheiben zur Straße hin nicht so gut, sodass man den Verkehr auf der Straße relativ gut hören kann. Aufgrund der Klimaanlage am Fensterbereich gibt es Schlitze bei den Vorhängen, weshalb sich das Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln lässt. Daher bei Ausstattung nur 3 von 5.

Service und Ausstattung sind hervorragend! Unser Zimmer roch etwas unangenehm und es gab ein Leck im Badezimmer, aber das ist in Ordnung. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker, obwohl die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums liegt – vorausgesetzt, man hat die Grab-App, um sich das Essen liefern zu lassen.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Große Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Sehr schöner Ort speziell der Strand. Ich konnte den Fitnessraum nicht versuchen, weil wir nur für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt woanders geblieben waren. Das Essen, das wir bestellt haben, ist Szechuan-Rindfleisch. Es ist so gepickt, nicht ein normales Gepickt, sondern unsöhnlich Gepickt. Wir haben versucht, es zu essen, weil es bereits da ist, aber es ist wirklich untragbar. Alles ist eine angenehme Erfahrung außer dem speziellen Essen.

Maganda yung hotel, sobrang linis, airconditoned at may free na complimentary massage pa. Mababait din lahat ng staff, kada madaanan mo sila babatiin ka nila. May cafe din sila sa baba hanggang 10pm open, masarap ung mga pagkain mapa rice meal o pasta at sobrang affordable ng mga prices. Kapag bumalik ako ng bicol, sa apihap pa rin kami magbobook. Wir haben hier mit unseren Freunden geblieben. Wir haben den Pool verwendet, um herauszuhängen, was lustig ist, aber ein Kopf hoch ist, ihr Pool ist 5ft und oben. Es gibt einen Kinderpool, aber es wäre schön, wenn der Erwachsenenpool mindestens 4ft beginnt. Die durchschnittliche Höhe der Philippinen ist nicht über 5ft 🙂

Location is just a 5-min drive from SM. Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy. There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be okay? Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.
