When I got at the reception at 10.30pm they told me they didn't have my booking while i was showing them the confirmation i received. the staff was not nice at all and i had to wait, no empathy at all for me. in the end they got me a room but not the one i had booked. the next morning everything seems to be fine to them, but no apologies on their side for keeping me waiting and stressing out for having no room. A shame for this type of hotel. Other than that the rest was fine.

I had one of the most memorable stays at “Halora Puluong Retreat”, and the experience exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The bungalows are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and perfectly situated among the breathtaking rice terraces. The panoramic views are simply unforgettable, and waking up each morning surrounded by such peaceful and beautiful scenery was truly special. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the wonderful team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to “Chiên”, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, cheerful, professional, and dedicated to helping us with everything we needed. Her warm personality and outstanding hospitality made a real difference and left us with beautiful memories of our time here. I would also like to give a very special thank you to “Jenny”, whose energy, enthusiasm, and beautiful smile brought so much warmth to the retreat. She was always active, helpful, and full of positive energy. Her presence was truly memorable, and she seemed to be the spirit of the retreat. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us during our stay. Her kindness and dedication made our experience even more special. A special thank you as well to the restaurant team for their excellent service. They were attentive, polite, and consistently made us feel welcome, creating a lovely dining experience throughout our stay. I only have one small suggestion that could make this already wonderful experience even better. We noticed that some male staff members occasionally smoked in the seating area near the reception. Perhaps creating a designated smoking area outside, away from the main guest areas, would be a more professional solution and would help maintain the fresh, peaceful atmosphere that makes this retreat so special. This is only a small suggestion, as overall we were extremely happy with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for everything and for creating such a beautiful and memorable experience. If you are looking for a peaceful, elegant retreat surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, “Halora Puluong Retreat” is an excellent choice. We spent two unforgettable days here and would genuinely be happy to return again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde con bungalow che affacciano direttamente sulle risaie terrazzate. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale gentilissimo, nonostante un disguido relativo alla prenotazione di un taxi da parte nostra, sono stati molto disponibili e gentili nell' aiutarci a trovare una soluzione. Ottima la cena nel ristorante. Bellissimo anche il paese immerso nella natura.

Es liegt direkt am Strand, sodass dieser bequem zu erreichen ist. Das Resort ist weitläufig, daher stehen Golfcarts zur Verfügung. Der Golfplatz bietet Resortgästen außerdem Ermäßigungen.

Das war einer der seltsamsten und dystopicsten Aufenthalte meiner ganzen Reise. Die Ein- und Auscheckung waren unnötig lang und frustrierend. Zwei der Restaurants wurden geschlossen, der Spa war geschlossen, die Bar war geschlossen, und das eins, das offen war, machte nicht Cocktails nur Wassermelonjuice oder Bier. Wir hatten die private Villa und Pool. Zimmer war groß, geräumig und komfortabel. Obwohl viele Schlafzimmer von einem Tisch für TV aufgenommen wurden, die hätten sein können. Schöner Balkon, eine Schande, es gab keine Sitzplätze auf sie zu sitzen. Der Pool war wirklich grob und schmutzig, als wir ankamen. Der Pool-Reiniger kam und machte es viel besser, aber immer noch die Ecken des Pool-Floches waren grimey. Keine Möbel auf dem Pool Deck auch. Viele von Dachoppen von Blumenbett voller toten Pflanzen aufgetaucht. Die Außendusche war cool und schöne Seeblick. Es dauerte eine Stunde und eine halbe Zeit, bis ich in unser Zimmer kam, obwohl ich noch nie andere Gäste sah. Alles war angenehm und glücklich. Einige gute Dinge, aber für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, war es nicht wert, wenn wir es mit anderen Aufenthalten in Vietnam verglichen haben.

Der Service im Hotel ist sehr geeignet für einzelne Reisende. Das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Die aufmerksamen Empfänger sind sehr sorgfältig und empfehlen mir sehr sorgfältig, das richtige und zufriedene Zimmer zu wählen. Ich werde viele mehr Mal wiederkommen.

Ich blieb 10 Tage in diesem Haus und hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Ich liebte den Frieden und Ruhe, die Klang der Natur, die Aussicht und die unglaublich freundliche, lustig und hilfreiche Familie. Der Haushaus liegt vom Touristenzentrum entfernt, was für mich ein riesiger Plus war. Ich fand die Umgebung schön, mit dem absoluten Highlight der Wasserfall nur 100 Meter entfernt Ich ging dort jeden Nachmittag ins Wasser. Magisch. Ich miete einen guten Scooter aus der Familie und verwendete es, um das Gebiet zu erkunden. Ich traf so viel Freundschaft auf dem Weg, auch im nächsten Dorf, Doan (4 km entfernt). Es ist sicher ein Ort, wo ich zurückkehren würde. Danke, Familie, für alle schönen Momente.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, aber die Lage ist nicht nahe an den schönen Blicken, Attraktionen oder Restaurants. So vertrauen Sie auf den Transport, der das Hotel klarer machen könnte. Sie haben auch keine Aktivitäten angekündigt und da ihr Englisch nicht groß war, sind Sie irgendwie links mit der Organisation selbst. Es war auch schwierig, sie zu kontaktieren bc sie sind nicht schnell in der Antwort auf E-Mails, es gibt keine WhatsApp-Nummer auf ihrer Website, und ich konnte nicht mit meinem Telefon-Datenpaket anrufen. Die Unterkunft ist großartig und Pu Luong ist unglaublich schön, das Hotelpersonal könnte mit Kundenservice noch näher kommen.

Ich kann kein Problem bleiben. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Supermarkt, Restaurant und Park, sehr bequem. Auch wenn alte Gebäude unvermeidlich sind, ist der Leitungsboden auch kaputt, das ist sehr unbehaglich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Rezeption unterstützt nicht gut oder schlecht. Das nächste Mal wird es wieder verwendet.
