Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief. I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY! Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead. Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away! I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess. So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund. 6.5/10

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

Im Holiday Inn National Airport / Crystal City während meiner Reise in Washington DC und hatte eine wirklich große Erfahrung. Die Lage ist ein großer Plus sehr bequem für den Reagan National Flughafen und einfacher Zugang zum Zentrum DC. Umher zu kommen war einfach, entweder mit Metro oder schnell Uber fahren. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Nichts übermäßig fancy, aber genau das, was Sie nach einem langen Tag der Sehenswürdigkeit ein zuverlässiger, ruhiger Ort zum Ruhen wollen. Hauspflege war konsistent und alles fühlte sich gut nach. Die Service stand am meisten aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich im gesamten Aufenthalt, von der Eincheckung bis zu den täglichen Interaktionen. Kleine Touchs wie das Angebot von Frühstücksgutscheinen und das Reaktionsgefühl machte einen Unterschied. Das Frühstück selbst war fest gute Vielfalt und eine bequeme Weise, den Tag zu beginnen, ohne sofort aus zu gehen. Insgesamt bietet dieses Hotel einen hervorragenden Preis für Geld im DC-Bereich. Es ist kein Luxus-Stadt, sondern es bietet sehr gut an Komfort, Komfort und Service. Ich würde sicherlich hier für einen zukünftigen Besuch wieder bleiben.

In der Nähe des Flughafens, Busabholung möglich. Da es weit weg von der Stadt liegt, ist der Preis relativ günstig. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen, muss man mehr als eine halbe Stunde in die U-Bahn umsteigen, was nicht schlecht ist, wenn das Budget knapp ist. Eine Seite des Zimmers liegt in der Nähe der Straße, daher ist es etwas laut. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, verlegte mich das Hotel auf die andere Seite (ich bin auch Marriott-Mitglied) mit Panoramablick auf Washington. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt recht gut und der Service des Hotels war sehr gut!

War in der Stadt für 2 Konzerte ein Freitag Abend und der andere den ganzen Tag saß. Check-in war wegen der Reservierungen reibungslos. Zimmer waren sauber sowie Hotel im Allgemeinen. Ich blieb dort vor dem 23. März, so dass ich wusste, was zu erwarten war.

I was taking a shower and grabbed a towel these onject were inside the towel folded up. When I told the lady downstairs named Amanda she apologized and gave us immediately 25% off but we have to call *********** to have them call us about the discount. It was sharp object and one of us could of cut ourselves on that sharp object. About that the service and free food was excellent

Sehr schönes Hotel, die Umgebung ist schön und komfortabel! Sie sollten ein paar Tage mehr bleiben! Der Service ist auch gut, es gibt einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, und der Shuttlebusfahrer ist sehr gentlemen

Reasonable price, a good alternative for someone who visits Washington DC ( cannot find such price in the city centre) Close to city centre, just take a Lyft for $6 to the Washington Monument New and clean Breakfast is ok, but dont expect too much Kitchen in the room with dishwasher 👍 Better if bed sheet for the sofa bed is provided

Meine Familie & Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Grundstück geblieben, und der Service war großartig!! Wir würden hier sicherlich wieder buchen!! Um zu sprechen, warum wir ...Eine der Aufzüge war aus der Reihenfolge, die über ihre Kontrolle liegt, so dass die unbehagliche Situation angenehmen; Gäste wurden mit Snacks und Soda im Lobby besorgt, während wir auf den Aufzug warten ... Zusätzlich zu diesem Das Dilemma, die Wasserleitungen mussten getestet werden, und das Hotel war für eine Weile ohne Wasserdruck; mit diesem gesagt, die Gäste wurden informiert, dass Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden, so dass wir das benachbarte Hotel .... alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem schön und Ich habe besonders die Sicherheit der ID-Check bevor ein Zimmerschlüssel gegeben wurde ..., weil es keine Hot-Tube gab, werde ich dieses Hotel eine 9/10 ... Wunderbar Buchung geben
