Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. Sieht alles toll aus auf Bildern. Hat angeblich 5 Sterne. In Realität ist es ein in die Jahre gebratenes Mittelklasse Hotel für einen zu hohen Preis. Lage ist gut. Person und Sauberkeit auch. Frühstück gerade für Ramadan Zeit überdurchschnittlich

Ich habe mit meiner Frau und Kindern für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Novotel Pekanbaru geblieben. Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und familienfreundlich. Meine Kinder genossen den Pool, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl an Optionen. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und eine große Wahl für eine Familiengehäuse.

Gute Umgebung mit schönem Frühstück. Die Dachlounge ist gut für Hangouts mit vollem Stadtblick. Zimmer ist geräumig. Eines zu verbessern wäre die Soundproof-Funktion für das Zimmer nicht verfügbar, mit akustischen Lärm von Ihrem Nachbarn und der Klopfen-Sound. Andernfalls ist das Bett komfortabel, sowie, Wasserdruck & Temperatur sind einfach schön.

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

Die Zimmer waren unspottbar und das Haushalterteam machte eine tolle Arbeit. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Ein besonderer Schrei an Menda aus dem Vorbüro, der uns immer wunderbar und mit einem schönen Lächeln begrüßte.
