Nice clean place to stay. Staffs are super friendly ready to help. Close to the airport and shops. Food is fresh and taste good, unfortunately they charge us rupiah 100k per person for breakfast.

Es ist mein erstes Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel zusammen mit meiner großen Familie für die Hochzeit. Die Lage ist groß, obwohl das Hotel am Hauptstraßen gelegen, wo leicht zu haben Verkehrsknopf die meisten der Zeit, ein Haken ist eine Wahl und muss! Das Hotel ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Für eine bessere Verbesserung , das Hotel muss aufrüsten und polieren einige Hotelmöbel oder Ausrüstung so können Hotels für den Touristen attraktiver machen.

Amazing Hotel: Large pool well suited for swimming (about 20m), Whirlpool, Sauna, Steambath & Gym. All sparkling clean, modern, nice atmosphere to chill at the pool. Delicious breakfast with huge variety of dishes, all sorts of eggs, omelet prepared fresh. Spacious, clean, modern great rooms, good aircon. Overall: perfect stay

Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.
