Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Jeden Morgen durften wir die atemberaubende Berg- und Seenlandschaft genießen – die Aussicht war einfach malerisch. Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus. **Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur. **Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat. **Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat. **Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür. **Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Die entstandenen Aufnahmen sind äußerst zufriedenstellend. Herzlichen Dank!

Mein Zimmer riecht wie Zigaretten, die für China relativ normal ist, Aber! Ich habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer gefragt, aber es gibt einen Aschenkranz, wenn ich meine eigene Waschmaschine machen wollte, sagen sie mir, dass sie es tun werden und senden es in mein Zimmer. Über 12 Stunden später wurde meine Waschmaschine noch nicht in mein Zimmer gesendet. Es dauert 1 Stunde, um einen normalen Zyklus zu laufen, und fast 2 Stunden, um mit niedriger Wärme zu trocknen. Warum hat es 3x die Menge der Zeit genommen? Und das Toilette war nicht sauber, diese braunen Spülen.

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Vom Banyan Tree in Lijiang und Shanghai bis zum Banyan Tree in Hangzhou – ich habe überall gewohnt. Der Hof im Seeblickstil hier ist einfach perfekt für Fotos! Ich habe mich hier wie zu Hause gefühlt, so gemütlich, entspannt und glücklich. Wenn ich müde war, habe ich einfach in Ruhe Tee getrunken, gesungen, Gedichte rezitiert, Fische beobachtet, Enten gefüttert… Es gibt so viele schöne Erinnerungen, nochmal vielen Dank an Olive für den Empfang. Das Leben hier war so schön, ich habe dutzende Beiträge in meinen sozialen Medien geteilt. Ich hinterlasse mein sorgenfreies Ich, nur um mehr Menschen zu inspirieren, haha. Das Banyan Tree ist es wert, wiederzukommen, ich liebe dich! 🤭🥰🤗

The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. To have the misty, poetic beauty of Wuzhen almost to oneself is an unforgettable luxury, and it’s an advantage that truly sets this property apart. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. Her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring hospitality catered to our every need with a graceful efficiency and a radiant smile. She anticipated requests, offered wonderful local insights, and handled every detail with such personal care that we felt not just as guests, but as cherished friends. She is the heart and soul of the Clubhouse experience. The Silk Commerce Clubhouse is more than a place to sleep; it’s the perfect, tranquil base from which to fall in love with Wuzhen. It offers a rare blend of cultured history, modern comfort, culinary delight, and, most importantly, a standard of service that makes you feel profoundly welcome. Im Splendid Clubhouse für 2 Nächte geblieben, und es war wirklich einer der Highlights meiner Reise nach China. Ich empfehle sehr, die ruhige, scenische Umgebung dieser Immobilie bietet eine Erfahrung in sich. Von dem Moment an war der Service außergewöhnlich. Mein persönlicher Butler, Xiao Shen, kam einen Tag vor meiner Ankunft heraus, um alles zu koordinieren, einschließlich der Abholung für eine schaumlose Abholung im Scenic Area. Während meiner Aufenthaltszeit war Xiao Shen aufmerksam und bedenklich, sicherzustellen, dass jede Details von den täglichen Vereinbarungen zu empfehlen große Mahlzeiten behandelt werden. Das Frühstück war eine weitere Standerfahrung. Es war unglaublich lecker und gedankt geheilt, mit mehreren Kursen, die so zufrieden waren, konnte ich einfach über Mittagessen gehen. Die Gäste wählen ihr Frühstück im Voraus, und alles wird schnell beim Ankunft im Restaurant serviert, so dass die Erfahrung sowohl sauber als auch erbarmungslos. Insgesamt machten der unvergessliche Service, erstaunliche Aussichten und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Ich empfehle das Splendid Clubhouse allen, die einen friedlichen und erhabenen Rückzug suchen.

Dieses Mal übernachteten wir in einem Zweibettzimmer im Rammed Earth Cottage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und verfügte über einen großen Balkon, umgeben von üppigem Grün. Morgens das Fenster zu öffnen und ins Grüne zu blicken, war unglaublich erfrischend. Das Zimmer selbst ist ein freistehendes Gebäude und bietet viel Privatsphäre und einen ruhigen Schlaf. Es verfügt über eine Bar, einen kleinen Tisch, eine Badewanne und einen Duschkopf im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon. Ein kleiner Tipp wäre ein größerer Fernseher und ein größeres Bett. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Unser Butler war dieses Mal Xiao Tu, der prompt reagierte, geduldig meine Fragen beantwortete und mir die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten des Tals vorstellte. Ich hatte sogar meine Wasserflasche während der Fahrt verloren, und er fand sie sogar auf einem Golfwagen für mich. Es war ein wahres Vergnügen! Das Tal ist wunderschön und bietet viele Aktivitäten, die wir jedoch aufgrund unseres Zeitplans nicht genießen konnten, was etwas enttäuschend war. Man kann auch mit dem Shuttlebus zum atemberaubenden Naked Castle fahren. Sobald ich mehr Geld habe, werde ich auf jeden Fall einen Schlossaufenthalt buchen. Die Restaurants im Tal waren alle sehr lecker. Kikaboni konnte ich leider nicht ausprobieren, Naked Taste hingegen schon. Ich bestellte ein Ribeye-Steak und ein Tomaten-Nudelgericht, beides war köstlich. Das Vorspeisenbrot wurde mit drei verschiedenen Soßen serviert, was ziemlich ungewöhnlich war, und jede einzelne war köstlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, viel mehr als in den meisten Fünf-Sterne-Restaurants. Es gab einen leckeren weißen Schokoladen-Lolli, den Mochi-Kuchen und das Obst war süß, aber auch sonst war alles sehr gut. Die Welpen in der Lobby waren so süß: ein Corgi und ein Dackel. Der Corgi hieß anscheinend Chuan Chuan. Sie hatten keine Angst vor Menschen und waren angenehm zu halten. Sie schienen sich kaum zu bewegen, lagen einfach nur da und sonnten sich auf einem großen Vollkornbrot. Kurz gesagt: Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es ist zwar etwas teuer, aber es lohnt sich! Ich komme beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder.

The architecture is breathtaking, blending traditional Chinese culture with modern luxury in a way that feels elegant, authentic and incredibly calming. The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional. The suites are beautifully designed with natural, eco-friendly materials that create an instantly grounding atmosphere. Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a Marshall speaker with a curated selection of nature sounds—waves, birds, rustling leaves and crackling fire—setting the tone for complete relaxation. The bathroom is equally impressive, with beautiful curtains opening to a soaking spa prepared daily with fresh rose petals and natural bath salts. Thoughtful touches such as soft linen loungewear and complimentary disposable swimwear made the experience feel effortlessly luxurious. Service is truly five-star. Each suite is assigned a personal butler who is attentive, responsive and genuinely committed to making your stay effortless. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the hospitality was warm, personal and sincere. I was initially hesitant about the vegetarian restaurant, but it was one of the highlights of my stay. The dishes were nutritious, beautifully presented and worthy of fine dining, while still being surprisingly filling. For those who prefer meat, there are also excellent restaurants nearby. The wellness program is outstanding, with daily yoga, Tai Chi, sound baths, traditional Chinese medicine consultations and other healing experiences. Classes run for around an hour and are led by knowledgeable instructors who genuinely care about your wellbeing, creating a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. With only around 8–10 suites, the hotel remains wonderfully quiet and intimate, allowing guests to completely disconnect from the outside world. After just three nights, I left feeling genuinely relaxed, grounded and restored. A rare hidden gem that combines exceptional architecture, thoughtful design, impeccable service and meaningful wellness experiences. If you’re looking for a peaceful five-star retreat focused on luxury, wellness and tranquillity, I couldn’t recommend Xixi Xin Hotel more highly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

Ein wunderbarer und friedlicher Aufenthalt im Herzen von Wuzhen Das Hotel liegt im Wuzhen Resort, direkt in der Mitte der Hauptgate, wodurch es sehr bequem für die Erforschung des Gebiets. Das Hotel liegt in einem ziemlich großen Komplex, und unser zweites Stockzimmer war charmant, ruhig und sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich geräumig, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Wir wurden einem persönlichen Assistenten, Xiaojing (Xiaojing), zugewiesen, der während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfreich war. Wir haben sie über WeChat angemeldet, so dass wir sie jederzeit mit Fragen über das Hotel oder die Regelungen im Resort kontaktieren konnten. Sie hat uns von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ausgezeichnet betreut. Das Frühstück war auch hervorragend, mit einer Auswahl von drei verschiedenen Menüs. Wir lieben besonders die Fischnudeln! Der Gepäckträgerservice war auch sehr bequem. Wir haben einfach unser Gepäck mit dem Personal verlassen, und es wurde durch das Resort transportiert und direkt in unser Zimmer geliefert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren und sehr zufriedenstellenden Aufenthalt. Wir würden dieses Hotel gerne jedem besuchen Wuzhen empfehlen. Ein sehr besonderer Dank an Xiaojing (Xiaojing) für die Suche nach uns so gut von Anfang bis Ende!
