We attend the hotel with outside temperature of 45 degrees after a long journey on the 3rd day of Eid after having stayed a nice hotel in Multan with fully functioning facilities. The reception was well maintained and nice and cool, we were given our rooms and the porter led us to a door and to our dismay, which went outside to the unfinished shopping mall so we could access the second lift on the other corner of the building as the lift in reception area was out of order. The lift took us to the second floor, where the decor reflected the reception area , however they had turned off the air conditioning for the building there excuse was that the building engineer was on eid holiday only he could turn on the corridor ac ? we were shown our rooms which were hot as they had just turned on the Ac in the rooms we had booked the large deluxe rooms , however had to change both our rooms about 4 times as issues with inaffective ac units, this didn't get resolved until midnight. The restaurant was closed even though the staff were there , the other parts of hotel were not accessible as the air conditioning was turned off. In the morning the staff immediately apologised as there was no buffet or active kitchen so the breakfast which was out sourced was a option of eggs and paratha and toast. There was 4 of us and after a 10 minute wait we were given one cold old paratha cut into 4 pieces it seemed like it was a left over. I complained and we then received some paraths which were reheated old and hard. Why accept customers if you don't have fully functioning hotel, it could of been a good stay if everything was functioning as the hotel has nice decor.

Overall experience was good. I have been going to this hotel since I was a little boy in the 90s. The good: Quality service. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and continental options. Breathtaking view. Consistency across 3 decades. The bad: Facilities are very outdated and need a big upgrade. My 4 year old played on the same swings that I played at his age. Great for nostalgia and recreating old pics. However, shows how outdated things are. In fact, some were just broken. Table tennis and squash rooms that were freely available for guests years ago are closed and replaced with some 4D entertainment which wasn't functional. Not much for recreation for a resort-type hotel. Room TVs were not smart TVs.

Satisfied with the service provided The heater was not working when i first tried it but then it was replaced by one of the staff members. The location is also ideal for someone planning to live in central Lahore

Obwohl es ein altes Hotel und die Einrichtungen sind ein großes altes, das Design sind ziemlich beeindruckend! Der Service ist gut, vor allem die Gegenpersonen sind freundlich und effizient, Sicherheitsmann an der Haupttür sind auch freundlich und nett! Sehr empfohlen!!!

Good experience excellent service

Es ist ein alter Wohnungskomplex. Die meisten Schlafzimmer basieren auf 3 Schlafzimmer Suite-Stil. Das Schlafzimmerfenster öffnet sich im Korridor und das ist selbst eine solche lame Tactic von Avari. Die Lage selbst ist ziemlich ungünstig, da Sie eine 5 km u nehmen müssen, wenn Sie das Hotel verlassen oder eintreten. Das Hotel ist insgesamt enttäuschend und deprimierend. Ich hasse Stereotyp, aber es sieht aus wie ein anderes Faizabad Hotel, das von unvorsichtigen Abbasi übernommen wurde. Das Personal ist offenbar freundlich, aber es kümmert sich nie um die Besorgnisse der Gäste zu hören oder zu verstehen. Ich hoffe, dass die Verwaltung dies als konstruktive Überprüfung betrachten und solide Verbesserungen vornehmen wird.

Der Hotelservice ist sehr hygienisch, das chinesische Frühstück ist auch gut, bleiben Sie hier für ein paar Tage, fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause, alle Dienstleistungen sind wirklich gut, der Hotel-***ager-Service ist sehr gut.Asghar WASEEM Good
