Die Lage ist sehr gut, sicher und bequem, die Umgebung ist bequem zu kaufen und zu essen, die Hoteleinrichtungen sind komplett, der Service ist enthusiastisch, es gibt ein wenig kleines Leid, das Abwasser des Wurms ist wegen des Designs besonders langsam, alles andere ist ok!

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande des San Isidro-Bezirks und ist eine relativ bequeme Entfernung zu den wichtigsten Teilen von Lima (z.B. Miraflores, historisches Zentrum und Flughafen), die ca. 30 Minuten bis 1 Stunde von Uber dauert. Es ist in einem sicheren und ruhigen Bereich in naher Nähe von Grünland, Restaurants, Komfortgeschäften und Cafés. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt. Für ein Geschäftshotel, das Teil der Hilton-Marke ist, sind die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern sehr schlecht mit nur Bett- und Tischleuchten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut mit anständiger Vielfalt und kontinuierliche Nahrungsmittelversorgung. Gym war auf dem oberen Dach und gab einen guten Blick auf die Stadt, obwohl es klein und Maschinen sind grundlegende. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal war im Allgemeinen sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Rezeptoren bei meinem Ein-/Auschecken schienen sich mit dem Prozess grob unvertraut zu sein und dauerte lange, bis die Dinge getan wurden, manchmal wiederholte Fragen stellen. Einige der Frühstückspersonal waren auch etwas weniger als freundlich. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung, aber etwas weniger als der Standard, der von einem Hotel auf Geschäftsebene wie diesem erwartet wird.

This hotel is flawless. It has a beautiful warm heated swimming pool the rooms are beautiful with the breakfast is perfection. This hotel could use a concierge but it is a very upscale hotel and if you're paying less than $150 a night then you have got a steal for a room. The architectural features and the technology of the hotel was outstanding. You couldn't stay at a more Chic lovely Hotel. Make sure you get breakfast included because it is delicious treat filled with nutritious and exotic foods. Thought was put into every element of the building and in the concept of this hotel.

The hotel has everything a basic budget hotel should offer. It’s meant for solo travelers as the bathroom is transparent. It’s efficient in its design. But I wish they provide some bottles of water.

Dies ist ein Hotel mit moderner Einrichtung und die Ausstattung der Zimmer erinnert ein wenig an inländische Express-Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ein Menü, das relativ einfach ist. Wir haben es grundsätzlich an beiden Tagen probiert. Die Dame an der Rezeption half uns sehr gerne bei der Reservierung im berühmten Restaurant, aber es waren keine Plätze frei, also entschieden wir uns, direkt hineinzugehen.

Wir übernachteten in einem der Deluxe-Zimmer im Naia Miraflores und fanden das Zimmer geräumig, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral und praktisch, um Miraflores zu erkunden. Unser Aufenthalt wurde jedoch durch einige frustrierende Serviceprobleme getrübt. Wir kamen gegen Mitternacht zum Check-in an, nachdem wir zwei Zimmer reserviert hatten, und erfuhren, dass nur ein Zimmer fertig war. Wir wurden gebeten, 20 Minuten auf das zweite Zimmer zu warten. Wir fragten höflich, ob wir stattdessen ein anderes verfügbares Zimmer bekommen könnten, aber uns wurde gesagt, dass wir warten müssten. Obwohl der Check-in an diesem Tag erst ab 15 Uhr möglich war – und wir für die ganze Nacht bezahlt hatten – bot das Personal weder eine Erklärung noch eine Alternative an. Wir hatten das Gefühl, unsere Anliegen wurden nicht ernst genommen. Außerdem war das Duschwasser im Deluxe-Zimmer kalt, was eine weitere Enttäuschung war. Wenn Sie spät anreisen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, vorher anzurufen, um zu bestätigen, dass Ihr Zimmer fertig ist, um ähnliche Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden.

Luxury hotel with great location. Many restaurants and bars nearby tho they are a bit expensive. Great views with the rooftop pool. Very big and new rooms, I've stayed in many hotels and this hotel fits the luxury requirements. Great front desk staff, and this hotel is guest friendly allowing guest to come inisde with no rules, great hotel.

The apartment is very beautiful, super clean and well organized. The city views are incredible—I was lucky to enjoy clear sunsets. I loved that the pool requires a prior reservation and is located on the 29th floor; the panoramic views from there were amazing. During the time slot I chose, there were only about five people in total, which made it feel like a private pool. Check-in was very flexible, and the location was perfect for me because it’s strategically located to visit the historic center, Parque de las Aguas, Lince, San Isidro, and Miraflores. That’s why I highly recommend this place. The host was very kind and helpful, assisting me with the reservations and answering all my questions about the city. The place is very quiet and peaceful.

The location in Barranco is perfect. Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭 Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here
