The view of Himalayas with gorgeous sunset and sunrise is the reason we chose to stay here. We spent 4 days 3 nights here and we were blessed with breathtaking views. One particular day was fully clouded so it really depends on luck. Stay longer!
The rooms get pretty cold in December and luckily they are equipped with heater. I think the bed is just okay, definitely could replace with better ones. The shower takes a awhile to heat up and that's okay but i think they should add a tray to place toiletries for easier shower. The room also need more hooks or a wardrobe to better hang our clothes.
The retreat also has a little garden where they plant vegetables. I love going up there to see what they plant. There is a short hike down the retreat to reach a look out point and the world peace pagoda.
The restaurant serves good breakfast. Though i wish they could serve all items at once instead of coming out 1 by 1. The dinner menu is slightly expensive and there are some hits and misses. I would recommend the jhol momo, thakali set, pork chilli, chicken manchurian. I think the soup options are way too overpriced for the portion.
Lastly, i would like to commend on all staffs here for the exceptional service and hospitality. We even got a small gift that came with Nepali ritual i believe as a blessing. All the best to the team and continue to make this place better."

"The hotel was ok room big enough good location the pool abit small but i was ok to stay just a few days but during Dashami puja so much people they are not enough staffs to cleaning the rooms etc. services was not satisfied also there were not enough staffs who has more experience to take care guests."

GGastnutzerLocated at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.

IIvanThe hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

无无生0312Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Kopfteil des Bettes kann nicht aufgeladen werden und die Qualität des kleinen Bettes ist sehr durchschnittlich. Das Schwimmbad ist bis 7 Uhr geöffnet. Im Zimmer mit Seeblick gibt es kein Zweibettzimmer, sondern ein Doppelzimmer. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Seegebiet, der um 10.30 Uhr morgens / 12.30 Uhr nachmittags / 16.30 Uhr nachmittags / 7.30 Uhr abends verfügbar ist. Für Zugzeiten ist der Minibus klimatisiert.

GGastnutzerIch habe andere Kritiken zu diesem Hotel gelesen und bin überrascht, dass es 5* bekommen hat. Das Personal ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und der Pool ist schön, aber die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, recht trostlos und es fehlt ihnen an jeglicher Qualität. Die Handtücher waren fleckig und grau vom schlechten Waschen, die Laken ok, aber die Kissenbezüge hatten Flecken. Der Handtuchhalter war schief angebracht. Die offene Dusche war zu nah an der Toilette, sodass selbst bei zugezogenem Vorhang Wasser austrat und ich sie abtrocknen musste, bevor ich die Toilette benutzen konnte. Ich habe an zwei Tagen gefrühstückt: Beginn ist um 7 Uhr, aber die Eierstation ist an beiden Morgen erst um 7:15 Uhr fertig. Das Essen war wieder sehr einfach mit wenig Auswahl und sicher nicht „lecker“.
Tut mir leid, aber ich bewerte es mit 3*.

Ssir.rob1nSehr schönes Hotel. Gute Lage nur einen Spaziergang zum zentralen Busbahnhof und einen großen Park in der Nähe des Sees. Ich war nur für eine Nacht da, das Zimmer war auf der oberen Etage, geräumig, sauber und komfortabel, die Stadtblick war schön, aber leider war es sehr dunkel am Morgen und während des Tages und die schneeigenen Himalaya Berggebiete waren überhaupt nicht in Sicht ( schlechte Zeit 🙁). Die Mitarbeiter waren großartig, sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam (insbesondere Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). Das Essen aus dem resto (Pasta) war auch sehr schön und schmeckt. Halten Sie die tolle Arbeit auf und bleiben Sie sicher im Schneetop Hotel, wenn Sie jemals nach Pokhara zurückgehen! Cheers ...

SSimon MarcMany thanks to Tuk Prasad and Sabita. Sabita welcomed me at the Valley Station of the Cable Car . And Tuk Prasad at the Reception of the very nice and newly opened Resort very nice located as well. They also have a Swimming Pool , Sauna and even a Steam Bath .
When is it good Weather you can even see all Range over The Mountains nearby and do a Hiking to the nearby situated Manakamana Hindu Temple. Usually there are many Monkeys around , you can feed , there are not shy at all !
Also I have to add that the Nepali Dish Sekuwa was very delicious and as well the good presented Morning Breakfast by gentle CEO Manager of this Hotel . So dondevat again .

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist ein schönes Hotel mit herrlichen Aussichten und großartiger Service. Die Zimmer waren schön in einem modernen, warmen Stil mit Holzmöbeln dekoriert.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und half uns, eine Ausflüge zu organisieren, um Pool Hill zu besuchen.
