An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home.

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Das Hotel ist ideal, sehr groß, sie haben uns ein vom Hotel getrenntes Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist das höchstgelegene Hotel in ganz Agadir, alles ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb! What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service. Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view. The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room. To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there. Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great.

Ich habe zwei Hotels über die Website gebucht. Das erste habe ich bereits bewertet, aber ich möchte Trip hier besonders loben. Das Hotel war All-inclusive (drei Mahlzeiten täglich), aber beim Einchecken wurde mir für ein neunjähriges Kind zu viel berechnet. Ich kontaktierte Trip noch am selben Tag, und nach drei Tagen hartnäckiger Bemühungen kommunizierte Trip mehrmals mit dem Anbieter und dem Hotel, bestätigte schließlich den Sachverhalt und erstattete mir den Betrag. Der gesamte Service war hervorragend, und das Ergebnis optimal; sie sind absolut vertrauenswürdig. Ich möchte alle daran erinnern, dass Marokko im Allgemeinen besser ist als Serbien, insbesondere was den Service und die Einstellung der Menschen gegenüber Chinesen angeht. Allerdings können auch Marokkaner unehrlich sein und sich ahnungslos stellen, also Vorsicht.

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Very happy and pleasantly surprised. Having stayed many times at a comparable hotel (50 yards away) I was quietly confident with my stay (despite reviews) but the reality of my stay was better than expected. There'll be reviews giving it lower rating but let's be realistic. For the money, location, pool, sun terrace and service you can't do better! Unfortunately for me a private matter meant I had to check out early but I will definitely return. Cleaning was exceptional, room comfort very good and WiFi better than other hotels. Pool area was quiet, location means you pick up street noise but being higher than street level I hardly noticed it. Sunset views need to be seen

Дорогие друзья! Никогда не ориентируйтесь на отзывы гостей об отеле..Я начиталась,и когда приехала сюда все выискивала то о чем писали. И не нашла ничего кроме может быть качества полотенец. Отель для своих 3 * просто супер.. Большая территория,много бассейнов..питание с множеством видов мяса,рыбы,овощей и фруктов.. Имеет свой пляж с лежаками. Всегда есть места.. Анимационная команда просто супер..развлекает целый день и вечером дискотека и представление в амфитеатре.. 2 раза приезжали коллективы нац музыки.. В 15 часов все дружно поют гимн Агадиру. Очень красивый. Территория у отеля оч красивая. Много баров. Правда с алкоголем крепким слегка ограничивают. Разные коктейли делают. В общем бронируйте отель не пожалеете. Wir waren vier Tage hier. Für den Preis gut, die Ausstattung ist allerdings sehr einfach. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns die falsche Zimmerkategorie zugewiesen, und das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht sehr hilfsbereit, bis ich Trip.com einschaltete und wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Ein dickes Lob! Das Zimmer hatte keinen Kühlschrank, also erwarten Sie das nicht, wenn Sie hinfahren. Sie können sich an der Bar einen Weinkühler mit Eis ausleihen, das haben wir getan. Ich würde wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten, da es so günstig war.

Schöne Position. Perfekte Aufnahme. Mangelnde Organisation. (Überprüfen Sie den Schachtel von Obst, Obst ist kaum reif. Macaron sehr gut). Pet Buffet Dej. sehr mittelmäßig trotz einer großen Auswahl. Hotel preiswert für die Leistung. Das Dorf Taghazout ist leicht zu Fuß zugänglich. Eine Ecke des Paradieses. Ich verstehe nicht, warum ich den Eingang/Ausgang vom Parkplatz des Hotels 15dhs bezahlen muss.
