Сотрудники ресепшена были очень приветливы, а вот остальные сотрудники отеля очень странно себя вели(шумели, кричали, ругались между с собой). Наш номер был чистый и опрятный, в номере был большой балкон, а также большой холодильник. Очень хороший был напор воды в душе. Локация отеля тоже отличная(через дорогу пляж, 5 минут пешком до продуктового магазина) Опасайтесь мафию тук тукеров We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we were quickly checked in and greeted with a welcome drink. The reception staff were very friendly, but the rest of the hotel staff were very strange (noisy, shouting, arguing with each other). Our room was clean and tidy, the room had a large balcony, and a large refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The location of the hotel is also great (across the street from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the grocery store) Stay away from Tuk Tuk Mafia

My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay. The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel. At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound. Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

The hotel is very great to stay. Air conditioner and great hot shower provided. They would pack you the breakfast if you are going to Safari in morning.

Von der Ankunftszeit wurden wir von wunderbar freundlichem Personal am Empfangsbüro begrüßt, und unser positiver Eindruck setzte sich fort, als wir unser Zimmer sahen. Es war unglaublich geräumig und unstumpfig sauber und ein perfekter Raum, um sich zu entspannen. Leider ließen wir uns beim Ausblick auf das Fenster enthusiastisch verdunken. Wir hatten die Meerblicke, die wir reservierten, wütend vorausgeschlagen, aber wir fanden uns auf dem ersten Stock direkt auf dem Hauptweg zum Restaurant. Das Fehlen von Sicht und Privatsphäre war eine wirkliche Enttäuschung. Die Herausforderungen wurden durch ein lokales Festival verstärkt, das während unseres Aufenthalts stattfand. Dies machte den Strand aufgrund des großen Volumens der Menschen unbrauchbar. Schlimmer noch, die Straßenverschließungen machten das Hotel zu einem logistischen Kopfschmerz, so dass wir uns ein wenig gefangen fühlen. Die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels ist eine große wunderschöne Lage, die Sie in der Nähe von Geschäften und Komfortgeschäften erfahren haben. Insgesamt, während wir das Hotel nicht auf seiner Reinigung oder der Freundlichkeit seiner Mitarbeiter schuldig machen können, wurde die Erfahrung durch den Raum-Misch-up und das Festival Chaos erheblich behindert. Lankavatara offers a peaceful, secluded escape. The beach is beautiful and, for most of our stay, we had it almost entirely to ourselves. Do be aware that the sea is very rough, so it’s generally not suitable for swimming. The rooms have a rustic charm with basic amenities. While comfortable enough, I personally wouldn’t rate the property as a 4-star hotel. The Wi-Fi was also quite weak, which may be worth considering if you need a reliable internet connection. The staff were always willing to help when asked, although the service sometimes felt a little disingenuous and not always delivered with genuine warmth. Food service could also be quite slow at times, so it’s best to allow plenty of time for meals. One of the highlights of our stay was the surrounding area. A special mention goes to Upoint Restaurant, which serves exceptional home-cooked Sri Lankan seafood. The hosts there were incredibly welcoming and made for a memorable dining experience. Overall, we had a lovely stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, unspoilt beach, simple accommodation, and don’t mind a more relaxed pace of service, Lankavatara is a pleasant place to unwind.

This stay was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. The room is in the heart of nature, and you’re surrounded by the sounds of the wild, fresh air away from the roads, and the peace and quiet that comes with a more intimate stay. Additionally, the breakfasts have been our favourite, especially the hoppers! It was all fresh and Sri Lankan style, served with the jungle in front of us. One morning, we had monkeys. Another, chipmunks. One special night, we had fireflies. The location was exceptional. However, it was Praneeth who really made this place special for us. We had great conversations, and he even recommended me a great birdwatching app. One night, we chatted for a couple of hours and I learned so much about this beautiful country. Genuinely, Praneeth is a huge value to Jungle Loft. He was attentive, thoughtful and a wonderful representation of the kindness Sri Lankan people exude. Thank you so much, Praneeth for your warmth! I can’t recommend Jungle Loft enough. It’s an ideal location, it’s private, it’s beautiful, and you’ll be looked after. Go for it!!
