Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

They have beautiful pool and Gym .The hotel breakfast is nice .The hotel doing major painting work and up grading good for family holidays near by few mall around.

The room is clean but a little bit small. Food is a little bit above average. I don't use any facilities so I can't say anything. Overall I like this hotel for the reasonable price. If you just need some place to sleep, this is the right place If I go to PIK2 again I'm considering to book this hotel again.

Eine gute Lage, leider war das Personal beim Service nicht aufmerksam. Musste zweimal runter, weil der Zimmerschlüssel nicht funktionierte, und bekam nur die Anweisung, vor dem Zimmer zu warten, bis das Reinigungspersonal die Tür öffnete.

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel geblieben und hatte eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, komfortabel in der Nähe des Malls gelegen. Der Service des Personals war aufmerksam und zufriedenstellend. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut gepflegt und komfortabel. Insgesamt war ich sehr glücklich mit meinem Aufenthalt und würde in Zukunft glücklich zurückkehren.

Der Shuttleservice ist schrecklich. Zuerst kam ich gegen 00:30 Uhr am CGK T3 an und habe den (Shuttle-)Fahrer mehrmals vergeblich angerufen. Ich entschied mich für ein Taxi und bezahlte mehr, um Zeit zu sparen. Zweitens, als ich ihnen am nächsten Tag sagte, dass ich den Shuttle um 11:00 Uhr nehmen werde, wurde er erst um 11:15 Uhr angezeigt. Wieder einmal entschied ich mich für ein Taxi, um für meinen nächsten Anschlussflug pünktlich am Flughafen zu sein. Besser nicht erwähnen, dass das Hotel einen Shuttleservice hat, als diesen enttäuschenden Service erleben zu müssen. Danke schön!

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

This was our second stay at the hotel, mainly because it’s close to my family’s house. We stayed during Raya, but there wasn’t anything particularly special about the experience. The breakfast was quite underwhelming, especially considering the price. This time, we booked the Junior Suite, which was more spacious and noticeably cleaner compared to the standard room. However, if you’re planning to stay here during Ramadan, do note that there’s a continuous Quran recitation playing 24/7 from nearby mosque. While it’s not necessarily a bad thing, the sound does travel through the thin windows and unfortunately disrupted my sleep at times.
