Das Hotel ist sehr groß, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, es hat eine Mikrowelle mit Kühlschrank in der Küche, aber alle Küchengeräte und Geschmacksmuster müssen sich selbst tragen. Der Supermarkt hat einige einfache Küchengeräte, aber sehr teuer, die erste Reihe von Meerblicksräumen ist so wunderschön. Jeden Morgen um 7:45 Uhr gibt es eine Piratenschutz- und -ausführungsaktivität. Dann spielen Piraten am Strand des Hotels eine Morgens. Mit einem Kunststoffboot haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eng mit dem Piraten in Kontakt zu kommen. Es ist absolut das erste Hotel, das Sie gewählt haben.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a night and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The hotel is cosy and welcoming with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel is flawless as everything was spotless, which is a big deal to me when it comes to picking a hotel. We were very excited to find out that the hotel was just 10 minutes away from the town, which made it convenient to explore the city. What really stood out about this hotel for me though was the spa that was located in our room. The spa was perfect for relaxing and was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. It made our stay at the hotel so much better and enjoyable. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area again!

Very big and comfortable room. Only thing is that the carpark is almost 500m away and if you don't want to walk, will need to pay $75 for valet parking. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist gut. Allerdings sind sie ziemlich nachlässig und rücksichtslos. Es gab nur ein Zahnset, aber wir waren zu zweit. Wasser in Flaschen wurde nicht jeden Tag nachgefüllt, selbst wenn wir alle aufgebraucht hatten. Das Handtuch wird nicht jeden Tag ausgetauscht. Während der Hauptverkehrszeit nahm die Rezeption/Hauswirtschaft den Anruf nie entgegen und ich musste für mein Anliegen in die Lobby gehen. Wir waren für sechs Nächte hier, aber die Zahnpasta reichte nur für zwei Nächte. Wir baten um zusätzliche Zahnpasta, diese konnte jedoch nur mit dem Zahnpflegeset geliefert werden, in dem eine neue Zahnbürste enthalten war, die wir nicht unbedingt benötigen. Es ist sehr umweltschädlich. Ironischerweise versuchen sie, ein umweltfreundliches Hotel zu sein, indem sie nachfüllbare Shampoos, Spülungen und Duschgel sowie Toilettenartikel aus Papierverpackungen verwenden. Das ist inkonsequent und rücksichtslos.

I got checked in hassle free by Joanne from front office even though I arrived a bit early they took note of my request as I was travelling and had a 10 hr trip. The breakfast was ok though a bit pricey nothing extraordinary one can definitely go outside for more options as the location is quite strategic. Parking should be considered to be free especially on weekends where it’s free in parking areas. Jervis,Alex and Andrea from concierge were all polite and friendly. Rada from housekeeping took care of my room and was friendly and professional. I will still stay and recommend the hotel overall the stay was very good and the hotel staff were quite knowledgeable and had impressive customer service.

Glücklicher und großartiges Kundenservice! Zimmer sind immer super schlank, komfortables Bett. Alter-Stil-Hotel wurde renoviert. Als immer glücklich mit Aufenthalt, nahe dem Strand. Pub und Bar direkt neben dem Hotel. Manchmal hängt Laut davon ab, welche Nachtmusik spielt. Yum Toasts 🫶🏽

Good place to stay if you are arriving late in Perth or have a flight to catch. It’s just 10-15 mins drive away from the airport. Have all the essentials, clean for a quick stay. We came in late and didn’t manage to use the shuttle service and used an Uber instead. Give them a ring when you touch down, we called them when we are out of immigration and took them long to pick up the phone and needed a 30 minutes prep for it. Overall, we had a good rest and will stay again.
