Clean room, good location (connected to mall), great breakfast, friendly staff I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, as it’s directly connected to Pakuwon Mall — very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without even having to step outside. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh choices. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

Es ist ein großartiges Hotel mit einem Shuttleservice zum Einkaufszentrum Tunjungan. Das Personal ist großartig und sehr aufmerksam. Die EINZIGE Enttäuschung ist, dass die Willkommensbotschaft des Double Tree Cookies nicht dem Standard entspricht (verglichen mit anderen Double Tree Hilton). Der nächste Vorfall ist, dass der Wasserkocher beim Kochen durchbrennt und das ganze Zimmer auslöst. Obwohl sie einen neuen Wasserkocher geliefert haben, funktionieren beide Steckdosen nicht mehr. Wir haben das Personal informiert, dass wir das Gerät reparieren sollen, wenn wir nicht da sind, aber als wir zurückkamen, waren die Steckdosen immer noch nicht benutzbar.

Dies war meine erste Reise nach Surabaya und ich hatte beschlossen, Buch Four Points Sheraton Tunjungan angesichts seiner zentralen Lage und wettbewerbsfähigen Zimmerpreise. Ich war angenehmen überrascht, als das Hotel meinen Status als Mitglied von Marriott Bonvoy erkannt und mir die entsprechenden Vorteile gewährte, obwohl ich diese Reservierung nicht über die Marriott Bonvoy App gemacht habe. Kudos das Hotelpersonal dafür!

Our stay at this cabin-style hotel was a unique experience, with a few pros and cons worth noting. The cabins are very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The concept itself is quite cool—each cabin blends technology and nature. Upon arrival, we were asked to download an app that controls everything: locking/unlocking the door, ordering food, communicating with staff, adjusting lighting, and controlling the window frosting. Inside the cabin, there’s also a built-in smart device that does the same, plus displays the weather, date, and even allows you to play music. The staff were incredibly friendly. When we mentioned we were cold, they brought extra bedding, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, there were two major downsides. First, when we arrived late at night, we discovered there was no hot water—an especially unpleasant surprise since it was cold. There was no heating in the room either. The hotel sent an engineer to help, and by the next day we had hot water, but it was still limited. Second, while breakfast was included in our booking, we were disappointed to learn that coffee was not, and each person could only choose one meal from the menu. This wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. The view from the cabin is stunning—you can see Mount Bromo right from your room. Sadly, the weather didn’t cooperate during our visit, so we couldn’t fully enjoy it. The food menu at the hotel is great, with several good options to choose from. This hotel offers a clean, innovative stay with beautiful views and excellent staff. However, clearer communication about included amenities and resolving issues like hot water availability would really elevate the overall experience. Thank you.

We spent a few nights in Surabaya for work, and it was our first visit to the city. The hotel was very comfortable, with a spacious bed that easily accommodated two adults and my 7-year-old. The room itself was quite roomy and included a sofa, which was a nice touch for extra seating. I made good use of the gym facilities, which had plenty of cardio machines, dumbbells up to 20 kg, and a cable machine—enough for my workout needs. The pool was a decent size and even included a baby pool. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, my family was happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a mid-priced option. It had easy access to taxi services, several restaurants nearby, and was not too far from Ciputra Mall.

This hotel has the most flawless service we have received, perhaps ever. The breakfast is magnificent. The team is incredibly attentive, and the facilities are perfect. Whether it’s for Business, family or a stay with your partner you will be over the moon with your time at Aloft Surabaya. Incredible, a must stay.

We were welcomed with a beautiful lobby followed by a view of animals on a big grass field. The staff at the reception spoke decent simple english - that was very helpful. The rest of the staff spoke very little or no english, so that made communication difficult. We booked the room with Safari view. It was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the big grassland of animals. They aren't a lot animals but nice enough for a safari feel/view. We just wished there were at least 2 chairs at the balcony. We had to fight for that 1 chair. It was lovely to order room service to sit at the balcony. It would be good if there is a step stool in the bathroom for children to use the sink. It would be easier for parent to shower child if there was a handheld shower instead of just an overhead shower. There are free carrots feeds provided in the room. It is 1 free refill per day. We like that there is a water machine along the corridor, so we can just refill our water easily. The swimming pool water is FREEZING COLD, with their cool weather, how I wish the pool has heated water... or since it is a small sized, why not convert it to a heated jacuzzi? Food at the restaurant was simple, we just wish there were more local Indonesian food choices. They need to improve of timing on their service as it takes 20 min for a drink and about 30 min for food (in a off peak time). The pizza is basic nothing fancy or exciting. Prices are affordable IMHO. Breakfast or Dinner with the Giraffe - I would highly recommend you to WA the hotel to book it the minute your room is reserved, best recommended to take the first slot. For Carnivore Feeding, the best experience is also the night feed, and take the first ride. In fact, there are quite a lot to do in that small area. So perhaps 4 to 5 nights would cover every activity nearby. Do take note that some activities only available Friday and Saturday!

Viele Banies-Kakerlaken nachts im Gästezimmer (Sofa, Teppich, Tische unter dem Fernseher)🫣🫣 Habe es der Rezeption gemeldet, da Die Aussicht vom 3. Stock war nicht gut, weil direkt vor dem Fenster viel Licht war. Viele Fliegen auf Süßkartoffeln und Nüssen beim Frühstück. Die Süßkartoffel war altbacken. Die Nüsse waren von guter Qualität. Bei Pecel oder Gado-Gado war die gedämpfte Kartoffel sehr hart🤭🤭 Werde in Zukunft Fotos machen

The location is really close to anywhere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is our stay for the second time. We went back to Santika Premier Gubeng was because the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast was impeccable.
