Clean room, good location (connected to mall), great breakfast, friendly staff I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, as it’s directly connected to Pakuwon Mall — very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without even having to step outside. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh choices. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need. The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

Dies war meine erste Reise nach Surabaya und ich hatte beschlossen, Buch Four Points Sheraton Tunjungan angesichts seiner zentralen Lage und wettbewerbsfähigen Zimmerpreise. Ich war angenehmen überrascht, als das Hotel meinen Status als Mitglied von Marriott Bonvoy erkannt und mir die entsprechenden Vorteile gewährte, obwohl ich diese Reservierung nicht über die Marriott Bonvoy App gemacht habe. Kudos das Hotelpersonal dafür!

We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Baobab Safari Hotel for a family vacation, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The highlight for us was definitely the room with a balcony overlooking the animals. Our child was absolutely thrilled watching wildlife right outside our window, which made the stay truly magical. It’s rare to find a hotel where you can relax and enjoy such an immersive nature experience all at once. Breakfast every morning was a treat, with a fantastic spread that had something for everyone. The variety and quality really impressed us and gave us great energy for the day’s adventures. Overall, Baobab Safari Hotel exceeded our expectations and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a unique and memorable vacation!

I really didn’t take any photos but it’s exactly as advertised. This place seemed very popular and it was crowded but it accommodated everyone perfectly. We rented the bikes to go to the nearby waterfall too. Amazing service, view and food. This would be my 2nd favourite place this trip.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und die Zimmer sind mit chinesischen Schriftzeichen versehen. Sogar die Knöpfe sind auf Chinesisch, was sehr angenehm ist. Allerdings liegt das Hotel gegenüber einer Moschee mit großen, lauten Lautsprechern. Ich wurde fünfmal am Tag gestört! Es war unmöglich, zur Ruhe zu kommen. Mein Zimmer lag direkt über der Lobby, und ich konnte die ganze Nacht lang die Leute unten reden hören. Es war sehr laut.

Staying at Shangri-La Surabaya was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was warm and professional — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. I especially appreciated the plush bedding and thoughtful amenities. The view from the room was also a plus, offering a peaceful cityscape that felt relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight — the variety was impressive, from local Indonesian favorites to Western and Asian dishes. The pool area and lush garden surroundings made it easy to forget you were in the middle of a busy city. Location-wise, it's conveniently close to malls, restaurants, and main roads, yet the hotel itself feels like a serene escape. Would definitely recommend Shangri-La Surabaya to anyone looking for a five-star experience with genuine hospitality.
