Die Ausstattung ist zwar gut und es gibt Molkenprotein im Fitnessraum, aber die Software und der Service entsprechen nicht ganz dem 5-Sterne-Luxusstandard. Es gab weder ein Begrüßungsgetränk noch ein Geburtstagsgeschenk, und beim abendlichen Aufdeckservice wurden keine Hausschuhe bereitgestellt. Die Reservierung des winzigen Badehauses und des Pools war ziemlich unangenehm. 😕

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich geräumig, was ich wirklich mag! Innenraum war auch schön! Die Einrichtungen auf Ebene 2 Front Desk waren auch angenehm! Das Personal war immer sehr süß und hilfsbereit mit Anfragen/Hilfe! Das Toilette hatte ein Fernbedienungs-Bidet, das ich zum ersten Mal sah, dass ich sehr lustig fand! AHAHAHAHA Die Lage ist auch wirklich großartig! JS wie ein VERY. wie 20-30 Meter zu Fuß zum nächsten Station Eingang/Ausgang (die Ausgang 2 ist! Google Maps sagte mir 3 als ich erst angekommen bin, aber Ausgang 2 ist buchstäblich JS außerhalb des Hotels links umdrehen und Sie können es sehen) Ich schreibe nicht üblicherweise Bewertungen Cus Im Lazy aber ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt so viel! würde sicherlich wieder Komfort inn reservieren, wenn ich nach Japan komme!

Freundliches Hotelpersonal. Selbsterhebungsmöglichkeiten, die Ihnen ermöglichen, so viele wie Sie benötigen zu nehmen. Sie bieten Ihnen auch frische Pyjamas täglich. Das Hotel ist auch von Essen und Komfortgeschäften umgeben, sowie nur 5 Minuten vom JR Station Nagoya entfernt. Das WC war jedoch ein wenig krampft, ein kleines Problem.

It was wonderful stay in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The building is not new and the room isn’t new but everything is good for our stay. We enjoyed Western and Japanese breakfasts during our stay. One thing that impressed us is that the hotel started breakfast at 4 am in the Nagoya marathon day.. So, it wasn’t expected. Thank you for the hotel. The room service menus are typical Nagoya specialties. Even though the food prices were a bit high, we had to order the foods because we couldn’t walk around after marathon running.

Da ich eine Kunstausstellung im nahegelegenen Parco besuchte, habe ich mich für dieses Hotel in der Nähe entschieden und war sehr positiv überrascht 😄. In einem Umkreis von 3 Minuten findet man Alpen, Arc'teryx, Birkenstock und Oakley. Wenn man die Hauptstraße entlanggeht, reihen sich vier oder fünf große Einkaufszentren aneinander – man könnte stundenlang shoppen und würde trotzdem nicht alles sehen 😭. Ich hatte gar keine Zeit, die Gegend um den Nagoya Bahnhof zu erkunden. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse nicht klein. Am wichtigsten ist, dass es eine Dusche gibt. Da ich unterwegs keine Badewanne benutze, wähle ich immer Hotels mit Dusche. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist auch sehr neu und ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Das Matsuzakaya Südgebäude schräg gegenüber hat einen direkten Aufzug (auf der Rückseite, wo das Hands-Werbeschild ist), der direkt ins B2 fährt und mit der U-Bahn verbunden ist. So konnte ich an diesem Tag auch mit zwei Koffern problemlos dorthin gelangen. Nächstes Mal, wenn ich nach Nagoya fahre, werde ich wahrscheinlich wieder dieses Hotel wählen, es ist wirklich sehr gut 👍

The best choice if you come to Nagoya to watch an event in Niterra Hall. It is literally just across the street. It's very near Kanayama station too. Very convenient location. They are very generous with amenities and the place is very clean.

Das Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki Hotel in Nagoya Nishiki besticht durch seine ausgezeichnete Lage, die ideal für Gäste ist, die die Stadt erkunden möchten. Die Zimmer sind typisch japanisch klein, aber effizient gestaltet und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein netter Bonus ist das stets im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück, das eine angenehme Abwechslung bietet und den Tag gut beginnen lässt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar einfach, aber ausreichend und schmackhaft. Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist grundsolide und erfüllt die Erwartungen an eine preiswerte Unterkunft ohne unnötigen Luxus. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Option für Reisende, die eine zentrale Lage und funktionale Annehmlichkeiten suchen.

Superb location next to the train Meitetsu line that link with Nagoya airport. Also on the 3rd floor, there is bus station to Takayama. Basically it all connected. Not far from hotel, there are chain restaurant like Yamachan, Ichiran etc.

Me, still satisfied with the price I paid. Just saying my experience so that u get to know more about it. 1st, PREPARE UR BOOKING REF. NUMBER, they need it during check it. A bit far from the Nagoya station, or other train station. A few traffic lights to wait for. A bit hard to find using Google maps, because no idea where is the entry. It has building no.2 for women only, and no. 3 for men only. But Google map can't tell which one is it. Google bring me to no.2, and it's actually the backdoor. So, I spin around myself quite a distance to find no.3. Lucky u got me here, the entrance is just at the bridge, as my photo shown. But there is no one at the counter, no lobby to wait, more like a apartment. The staff ONLY come at 5pm, to process check in. Shared bathroom, NOT smart toilet. I can't find a place to hang my pants. All black, as shown in photo. Good emergency sign, and stairs. Is my 1st time seeing such a thing. Is good to see new things. ONLY ONE plug, and it connects to TV. that I went to front counter to borrow extension. One small pillow... This is a bit tough for me, but I put the towels on it to make it bigger/higher. Shower has some laws... U need check the time at the schedule, or else it will Be Locked. Small room area, after open luggage, slide it under the bed. NO table for anything. So, I eat on the bed, be careful. Is a nice experience for me.
