GGastnutzerThis is my 1st experience staying at Via Inn. Location is good as it’s part of the JR group, though the construction at Nagoya station makes it harder to navigate even though it’s less than 8 mins walk. I am impressed with the service and the room. The room is comfortable with nice pillow and all the light buttons conveniently located. I also like the idea that they managed to arrange the bed in a different direction so the room has more space to move around even though if is a small room. Amenties are easily available at help desk. There is also reasonably priced laundry services. Service is good at front desk and I had a good evening of rest. Overall I enjoyed my time there.

HHKenWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay.
Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again

GGastnutzerHotel Forza is conveniently located in a quieter street off the main shopping street in Sakae. A 5-minute walk takes you to Parco, Matsuzakaya and Don Quijote. There is lots of good food nearby too. Osu is a 15-minute walk away.
We booked a room for three pax with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room looked bigger in pictures but was still sufficient to open two big suitcases and still had space to walk.
As mentioned in some reviews on Google, there was a musty smell when we first entered the room but after that, we probably got used to it and were not too bothered by it. The room is quite dusty though. There was a layer of dust on the top of the cupboard after our 5-day stay.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a doctor as my child was unwell and they were helpful to call the doctors I have searched and helped look for clinics/hospitals I could take my child to.
Would definitely stay here again because of its good location!

KKaiBergWir haben eine Nacht geblieben und genossen dieses Hotel. Das Bett war etwas klein, aber das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber. Das Hotel umfasst im Rahmen der Buchung Soba-Nüsse, Eiscreme, Kaffee/Tee, Joghurt-Getränke, ein komisches Buchzimmer und ein Käse (die wir nicht verwendet haben). Die Parkplätze waren 1800 yen etwas teuer, aber ohne Mühe, da es einen eigenen Parkauszug hatte, so brauchten wir keinen Platz zu finden. Die einzige Beschwerde ist, dass der Heizgerät nicht funktioniert.

Jjhleite2The hotel is located in a really nice place, close to the Nagoya station and bus terminal, and also close to several large shopping malls and areas full of bars and restaurants. Check-in was quite straightforward, with guests being given an access card for their locker and elevator. The hotel's agents have a very decent English for Japanese standards. The two elevators are separated, with one exclusive for male guests to reach their exclusive floors and another one for female guests and their exclusive floors. The access card also locks and unlocks their locker, which is tall but also a bit narrow, but wasn't too much of an issue to store by backpack, bag and shoes. Guests are given sleepwear, slippers and towels, and the shared bathrooms are fully furnished with amenities. Common areas include the lounge in the highest floor and the café in the ground floor, well-decorated and quite coherent with the hotel's famous minimalistic and futuristic design language. The sleeping room has its signature look and offered decent space, even though not the largest capsule of its kind. There is one power outlet, a rotating light switch that allows the user to choose the light intensity, and two small compartments to hold glasses, phones or whatever. The pillow and blanket weren't my favourites but it's up to each person to decide. Like all capsule hotels, ventilation might be a problem so a fan or an AC outlet would be nice to have, but it's not a problem exclusive to 9h. In the end, it wasn't the best bed I've slept but I enjoyed the overall experience. The crew was nice, the hotel was organized and clean, the location was near everything I could need, and the price was also nice. I recommend this location for those who don't want to spend much in lodging and plan to spend most of the day outside and just want a place to rest for the night.

AAnonymer BenutzerVery friendly and helpful staff, and a very spacious room for Japan. The location was great, it could only be better by being a bit closer to the nearest metro station, but it was well connected with lots of shopping / restaurants around.
The breakfast selection was very small.
USB sockets would be a great upgrade for foreign travelers, but I luckily had an adapter with me just in case.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Bett im Zimmer ist relativ klein, nur etwa 1,8 m. Die Steppdecke ist nicht sehr bequem und locker, aber sie ist auf jeden Fall sauber. Der Preis ist jedoch hier. Zum Duschen müssen Sie zu B1 gehen und für einen Föhn zur Rezeption. Es ist nur von 16 bis 23 Uhr verfügbar. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Nagoya, aber mitten in der Nacht sind dort viele Motorräder unterwegs und es ist super laut! ! ! Es gibt Check-in-Tipps auf Chinesisch. Der Chef spricht Japanisch und Englisch, aber die Kommunikation ist trotzdem kein Problem.
