"Location is good, staff are nice. Although my reserved room only has shower but it is enough. Cleaning service is for 3 days above. But it has no problem with us. Can leave luggage after check out. Definitely will come back. Manu restaurants around."

"The hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay! I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times! As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline! The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived. Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya."

"Strategische Lage mit einfachem Zugang zu den meisten Orten (Lawson nebenan / 5 Minuten zu Big Camera / 10 Minuten zum Taikori-Eingang, Bahnhof Nagoya / 15 Minuten zum AEON Max Value Supermarkt / 15 Minuten zum Noritake Garden…) Vielen Dank an das Hotelteam, dass sie meinem Zimmerwunsch im 18. Stock mit schöner Aussicht nachgekommen sind (je nach Verfügbarkeit beim Check-in). Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, Kühlschrank und Luftbefeuchter!! Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und Toilettenartikel sind an der Rezeption erhältlich!! In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants/Izakayas. Dieses 3-Sterne-Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Personal an der Rezeption spricht gut Englisch!!"

"Das Hotel liegt zwischen 2 U-Bahn-Stationen, Sakae und Sakuradori Stationen. Im Grunde können Sie überall in Nagoya ziemlich viel gehen. Extrem bequem. 7-eleven direkt neben dem Aufzug ist ein Plus. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, auch unterirdisch in Sakae. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, mit westlichen und lokalen Speisen gemischt. Ich würde dieses Hotel noch einmal buchen, wenn ich in Zukunft wieder nach Nagoya komme."

"This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!"
