Good value of money and near to the JR station. Also there are lots of mall near the hotel.

Very good hotel services near Nagoya Station and many resturants. Room is too small made me feeling narrow but it's ok for just having a night sleep. All amenities are perfect good for everyday using. Easy to check-in and check-out.

What a fantastic location! We were without WiFi after spending 6 weeks with Japanese Pocket Wi-Fi's our hosts had kindly provided. We wanted somewhere close to Nagoya train station where we were to spend a night before we left the next day for the Airport. It was perfect. We screenshot the route from the station and the question of where to exit it (it was Westgate exit) Then seriously, it was 4 min walk from the train (you could see the station entrance from our top floor windows), we went back there for dinner underneath it that night (Nagoya Kitchen, yum....) and bought our train tickets there then for the next day to save time. The staff at Via Inn spoke perfect English (even though we have been practicing our Japanese!), lent us umbrellas for the rain to get to dinner, WiFi at the Hotel was included, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and personal items as well. The room was exactly what we needed for the night, clean, with a great shower, a window that opened and all for a sensational price. C'mon! What more could you ask for! Thank you Via Inn!

The hotel location is very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby even in mid night Cox we arrived a bit late. It also closed to Nagoya JR Station. If you want to join local tour like Shiramizu, the gathering point is just 5 mins walking distance. The staff there are nice and professional. One thing that made not perfect is the birdy sound from the traffic light especially at night. But overall it deserved to come here again.

Excellent location with minutes to the train terminals , underground shopping alley, major shopping and dining areas. A typical business hotel at town center which provides minimal leisure facilities. Anyhow, the hotel lobby is redecorated for a more trendy look and relaxing atmosphere. I have a good city view from my room. I appreciate the hotel green policy for room cleaning which reduce wastage and at the same time, being guest friendly (less interruption). Public parking in the neighborhood is abundant, and competitive, and I managed to locate one which only charges 200 Yen for overnight till 7am. Truly unbelievable.

Near JR station around 6 minutes walk, a few blocks from main street. Room is very small especially the sleeping area and no wardrobe, only limited space for you to hang clothes. Funny thing is the bathroom is quite big, and you have to sit down to brush your teeth, see photos.

The hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming. Location is near to the JR rail station and many restaurants can be found nearby. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy.

Good location and easy to find. Also provide personal item you can find out in front desk area.
