TTraveling TanWe had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Kwa Maritane for a perfect safari getaway.

GGastnutzerA very nice location with few issues to sort out..the service is really bad...Our complaints were not entertained one bit..only one shower head was working...we had to take turns to shower....the kitchen windows did not have blinds or curtain and one could see it was taken out few days ago...we were not given the arm bands to access the water park only when we returned to reception the lady told us she forgot...the food at the restaurant takes more than an hour to make...no apology or anything was offered after a long wait both at dinner and breakfast....had to go to reception to borrow the iron after numerous calls without success..the unit does not have numbers which took us a lot of time locating our room...overall service is a nightmare in such a nice resort...
The water park is the best ever...we enjoyed the slides and the warm pool...besides the service I would definitely go back...

Es ist das beste Hotel in der Stadt, aber es fühlt sich nicht wie ein Top-Class Protea. Mehr als eine Firmengeführte Einheit als ein einzigartiges Erlebnis - ziemlich unpersönlich.

Ttetelotee mabiletsaThe resort is situated in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat. It was clean, and the host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—perfect for when you don’t feel like heading out. I’d highly recommend trying it.
The chalets were spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. The kids had their own beds, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide basic essentials like water, tea, coffee, or sugar in the rooms—that was definitely a downside.
On the bright side, you can enjoy a braai right outside your chalet and take a short walk to the waterpark for a refreshing dip. The presence of security guards also added to our sense of safety, making our stay even more comfortable.

服務超5*。每個工作人員都十分專業，從你走進酒店一刻起，都會感受到他們的服務的細緻。半夜不適，可以打電話到接待，會有緊急隊到房間，clinic 要早上7點才有，住客是不用收費。
園區內幾間酒店/casino/welcome centre (shopping mall)是可以行走過去，也可以坐他們的shuttle bus. 不想在酒店吃飯，可以到 welcome centre 吃。如要訂活動可以找他們待定，有會講普通話的員工啊。
再次感謝工作人員的照顧。

AAnonymer BenutzerKosmos Manor is located in a beautiful area of Hartebeespoort. We had a lovely view of the dam from our room. We were greeted by friendly staff who were eager to cater to our needs. The room itself had great amenities and was very clean. The bathroom had underfloor heating which was wonderful! The whole place felt so much like home, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast the morning of checkout. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

FFur baby mamaThe hosts were lovely! I was suffering from jer lag so I had fallen asleep before they came to welcome us but the following day they came to say hi as well. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very clean. Spotless! Comfy beds and sofas. Got to see some giraffe and zebras as well as impalas. Amazing sunsets. Will defo go back next year when I return for my annual visit home.

GGastnutzerGroßes Hotel einfach zu checken. Guter Ort zum Parken des Autos. Rezeption war freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön und sah aus zu einem grünen Weide genießen. Es lief am Balkon und sah die Landschaft an. gutes Frühstück. Alles rund würde wieder bleiben. Einfach in die Sonnestadt zu kommen. Sie lieferten ein zusätzliches Bett zu einem Preis. Der Pool war einladend und sauber. in einem sicheren Bereich. ein sicheres Ja!

GGastnutzerWe enjoyed our stay even though the steep hill terrified my fiancée and she fell twice.As we were with our child we restricted him to walking outside for his safety breakfast was much enjoyable waiters very much welcoming.Even though we did not meet the owner we felt that she is a very nice person just through conversations
