It is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean. The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. There's a common kitchen. They provide water dispenser as well. We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.

Завтрак в панорамном ресторане на 4м этаже, там же в течение дня вы можете самостоятельно выпить чай и кофе или даже посидеть с друзьями (мы так сделали в последний вечер: накупили грузинских вкусностей и шампанского и посидели с елочкой и разговорами) Завтрак простой, но достаточно, чтобы не остаться голодным. Я бы добавила кофемашину только😊😊 Пожалуй, единственный минус - не работало центральное отопление (но оно есть!!). Мне в дополнение к кондею дали электрический обогреватель, так что было вполне нормально, лишь в ванной комнате прохладно. Думаю, включенное отопление решит эти проблемы. До центра 10 мин пешком А в целом - рекомендую!

Die Online-Bilder entsprachen der Realität, und sowohl das Ambiente als auch die Ausstattung und der Service waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück war inklusive. Es bot ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist absolut empfehlenswert. 👍👍

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

Alles war reibungslos und gut organisiert definitiv empfehlen!

Vorteile: Neu, gute hygienische, große Zimmerfläche, Frühstück lecker und einfach zu parken. Unzureichend: Es gibt keine Einzelverbrauchsgüter, keine Leitung (die Mitarbeiter werden nicht helfen, ihre Gepäck zu holen), und die Bewohner in der Nachtstraße haben sich auf der Party gesungen, um zu singen, bis morgens, und morgens ist es sehr gut.

It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es ist schwer, die Gepäck-Orte zu finden. Die Trip.com-Seite enthält 18㎡, in der Tat ist es auch 10 m, die Daten auf Trip.com sind oft nicht korrekt und die Fotos sind nicht wahr genug. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist oben, das ist immer noch sehr gut gemacht, das Restaurant kann einige Stadtlandschaften sehen.
