Flamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

Es war der perfekte Ort, um dem Stadttrubel zu entfliehen und zu entspannen. Die heißen Quellen und der Spa-Bereich waren fantastisch, das Essen köstlich und die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns alles erklärt. Einfach perfekt!

Tôi đặt phòng 2 giường với giá khoảng 4.100.000đ/ đêm. Khi tôi đến là 16:000 tôi nhận được phòng không đúng với hình ảnh tôi đặt, tôi có yêu cầu nhân viên đổi phòng 2 giường, nhân viên nói chưa có phòng, phải chờ tử 30p-1 tiếng mới có phòng. Tôi đã rất mệt nên không thể chờ đợi. Nhân viên k tỏ ra có lỗi mà nói với tôi bằng giọng rất lạnh lùng. ”Không có phòng, chị muốn đổi thì phải chờ...” tôi thật thất vọng với một số tiền bỏ ra như vậy mà nhận lại thái độ phục vụ không xứng đáng.

We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa! Der Ort ist schön, gut gepflegt, und sehr komfortabel es wirklich fühlte sich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause. Einer der Highlights war in der Lage, unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zu kochen, was hinzugefügt, die gemütliche, heimische Vibe unseres Aufenthalts. Der Pflegepersonal war sehr bequem und hilfreich, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten und waren komfortabel. Eine Verbesserung wäre, das Licht in den Pool hinzuzufügen. Während es zwei Lichter außerhalb des Pools gibt, wird es immer noch ziemlich dunkel in der Nacht, was die Nachtzeit beschränkt Schwimmbad oder Pool-Entspannung. Insgesamt hatten wir eine große Erfahrung und würden sicherlich überlegen, wieder zu bleiben. Mit nur wenigen kleinen Verbesserungen, könnte es noch perfekter sein!

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und es war der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, sauber und extrem zufrieden. A good way to see the rice village and stay in comfort! The room spacious and comfortable was an accessory to the main areas outside. We spent some time by the pool in the evening and just enjoyed the weather. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was simple but had everything you wanted. Also the restaurant in general had good prices and a beautiful scenic view to the rice fields. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again!
