Das ist schlimm! Es ist schwer vorstellbar, dass die Gäste ohne eine andere Broschüre bleiben. Das ist ein ***, verdammt, je mehr ich will, desto böser! Das ist schrecklich, bis ich es am nächsten Morgen erkannte. Wenn Sie hier sind, müssen Sie die Kontrolle vorausnehmen. Die Rezeption sagt entschuldigung, dass diese Situation wirklich nicht bezahlt werden kann und auch wenn Sie es bezahlen! Die Unterkunftskosten von mehr als 1000 RMB sind so schlechtes Hotel, guter Schatten ist auch in der Kette

Große Lage (Applebee's right next door!). Es war sehr sauber -- das ist nicht etwas, was ich für die meisten Hotels sagen kann nach einer Pandemie. Das Frühstück war gut und das Hotel war leicht zu navigieren. Ich würde sicher hier noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich jemals wieder auf Aquidneck Island bin.

設施：常規四星級酒店設施，感覺比國內的萬麗要好，酒店設施不算新，風格有點像國內麗思卡爾頓，但維護的較好。房間也很大。我們住的最高樓層，視野也不錯。 衞生：房間很乾凈。 環境：酒店地理位置很好，就在州政府辦公廳這裏，旁邊是個大商場，商場的停車庫停一整夜20美金，價格也能接受，整潔安全。住在這裏吃飯方便。商場一樓的cheese factory營業到晚上十點多，晚到的朋友不怕沒飯吃。不帶早餐的話也可以去商場一樓的麪包店吃早飯，選擇多樣也不貴。 服務：前台服務態度好，笑臉相迎，沒感受到什麼歧視。

Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. There were certain fees for amenities Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :) Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite. We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read. There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers! Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair. Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.

We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.

Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und gegenüber dem See ist es sehr empfehlenswert, ein komfortables Hotel. Das Hotel hat auch spezielle Busse zum Meer, geeignet für den Aufenthalt in der Freizeit
