Sehr schönes Hotel zu bleiben bei, wenn Sie emeishan besuchen. Es ist sehr nah an das touristische Zentrum, um auf den Bus bis zur Leidongping Station zu springen. Es ist auch nah an vielen Restaurants und dem Emeishan Bahnhof. Das Front Desk Personal ist äußerst hilfreich und freundlich. Sie halfen mir, meine Route zu planen und Zeit, um sicherzustellen, dass ich meinen Zug in der Zeit fangen. Sie halfen mir die App zu navigieren, um die Tickets für den Eingang, Bus, und Kabelwagen zu kaufen. Sie können die Lieferung von Nahrungsmitteln an Ihr Hotelzimmer bestellen. The hotel and room are comfortable and well situated (if a little noise as the room overlooked a busy square. The main issue is that they falsely advertised a pool/gym which was the reason I chose this place. After sleeping there for the night, I went to find the pool only to be told they didn’t have one (there is signage in the lift and downstairs). Trip says the pool is “under construction” but it is clearly out of action. Had I known on check in that the facilities weren’t available, I would have stayed elsewhere, Trip and the hotel have refused a refund. Terrible customer service and dereliction of duty.

Dieses Hotel ist fantastisch, es wird definitiv meine beste Wahl sein, wenn ich Bipenggou wieder besuchen. Das Hotel umgeben & Zimmer ist sehr schön. Zimmer & Badezimmer sind geräumig, modern und schön dekoriert, es bietet einen super komfortablen & entspannenden Aufenthalt. Ein Tauchen in ihrem Innenpool hat definitiv die Gesamterfahrung verbessert. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel sogar Peovide Transfer Service zum & vom Eingang des Bipenggou Park.

Wirklich erholsam! Das bequemste Hotel, in dem ich auf meinen vielen Geschäftsreisen je übernachtet habe! Die Materialien sind viel besser als bei vielen Resort-Marken! Ich kam nach dem zweiten Teil der Maiferien an und der Herr an der Rezeption hat mir ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer gegeben. Die Bettwäsche war bequemer als im Hilton, die perfekte Mischung aus weich und fest. Das Bett war riesig, das Zimmer super ruhig und die Gegend gehoben und sicher, selbst wenn man mitten in der Nacht zurückkam. Die Gäste waren niveauvoll, hauptsächlich Geschäftsleute und internationale Besucher. Kein Wunder, dass es ein Renhe-Produkt ist! Die Badewanne, die Dusche, die Details sind alle perfekt, sogar der Glühfaden der Tischlampe war makellos. Das ganze Zimmer war ruhig, sicher und geruchsfrei. Man kam überall leicht hin, und die Reinigung war unaufdringlich. Es war auch sehr ruhig, wenn man bis zum Nachmittag schlief. Diese Woche hat mich körperlich und geistig erholt. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr weg und werde beim nächsten Mal in Chengdu auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

The coziest of hotels located very well within Chengdu. We had the pleasure of receiving the most wonderful service, as well as tips and recommendations from Arnold and the rest of the lovely staff at Grey Parrot. Without all of this, our trip to Chengdu would not have been nearly as nice. Thank you so much!🤠 The café/bar adjacent to the hotel serves great coffee, drinks and cake! And we also got the loveliest little farewell gifts. If you are ever in Chengdu, you should really consider staying at Grey Parrot.🐼

Here’s a revised version of the review with that detail smoothly added: ⸻ Xingye Snow Mountain Manor – Comfortable Stay with Hot Springs, but Snow-Dependent Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is located about a 30–40 minute drive from Xiling Snow Mountain. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns sogar Zigaretten besorgt – das war wirklich rücksichtsvoll! Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, und man kann von dort aus den Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen sehen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal zum Siguniangshan kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Frühstück war inklusive, was super praktisch war, da man nicht erst nach etwas suchen musste. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch top, direkt unterhalb befindet sich die Taikoo Li Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Das war sehr praktisch für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen, man konnte direkt vor der Tür ein Taxi nehmen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, die Matratze war sehr weich und bequem. Das Personal war herzlich, aufmerksam und reagierte schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war umfassend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt sehr gut.

Staying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

Fünf Sterne! Dieser Aufenthalt war besonders gut, ich muss den Butler loben. Von der Buchung bis zur Zimmerkoordination war alles sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation war reibungslos und unsere Anfragen wurden stets zeitnah und zuverlässig bearbeitet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, sehr nah an der Chunxi Road und bequem zu Tai Koo Li und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, was Shopping, Essen und Reisen sehr einfach macht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, sowohl für touristische als auch geschäftliche Reisen geeignet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Chengdu komme, werde ich wieder hier übernachten.
