JJayne LynnWhen we got to the hotel there was a lot of construction happening inside and no one addressed it. No one said, sorry for the mess or disruption. At one point the beds were totally vibrating from the work being done. Then, the toilet got clogged. We called down and they said that there was no maintenance guy on duty but they brought me a plunger... Even when the blockage was cleared, the toilet would not flush properly. I finally went down to the desk to see what to do next. The girl at the front desk said she could ask the maintenance guy from next door to come or we could switch rooms. I said that if he came soonish, we would keep the room. The man came and was able to correct the toilet issue and we had no further problems with that. Finally, the kids were pretty excited to go swimming, but the hot tub was empty. The pool was so cold the kids were in for a few minutes but couldn't stay because the water was so cold and the chlorine was so high that it burned the eyes to just be in the room. We were able to eat enough breakfast in the morning to satisfy us, but it was still hindered by the construction in the lobby. The Holiday Inn Express is not a bad place and is probably better when everything is working, but we were not the recipient of that kind of stay.

GGastnutzerWe ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

GGastnutzerIch hatte den Spaziergang zum Tag genossen, das Büropersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war komfortabel und der TV war schön, aber es gab ein paar Fragen. Das Bad in Zimmer 211 hatte eine Mühle wachsen; ich hatte gebeten, ein Zimmer auf dem oberen Stock zu geben. Der Pool konnte nicht sofort verwendet werden, weil sie gerade in Chemikalien geplatzt hatten...warum nicht nach 11:00 Uhr, wenn jeder auscheckt. Das Frühstück war Ihre typische Hotelmesse, aber der Preistag $12.99 war ein wenig steif. Es war schön, aus echten Platten und Werkzeugen zu essen.

GGastnutzerGreat staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

GGastnutzerDie Lage zum Krankenhaus war ein Plus, das Design des Zimmers war ausgezeichnet, hochgradig. das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die einzige Frage war, dass sie ein Fernsehkasten installiert und die Fernsehkammer nicht funktioniert, so auf einem Kanal gehalten. der Kühlschrank nicht geschlossen, So blieb es warm. könnte ein Nachtlicht nutzen. Danke für Ihre Freundlichkeit und das kontinentale Frühstück und Emenitäten.

EEmilyThe service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves.
Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

GGastnutzerAnna war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Sauberkeit war nicht großartig. Hinter unserem Toilette sah aus, als wäre sie nie gereinigt worden. Sie können ihnen einfach Handtücher zu den Schranken hinzufügen, ohne jemals zu zerstören. Wir ziehen das Bett zurück, als wir ankamen, um zu sehen, ob die Blätter gesäubert wurden und es gab eine Wachse von gedrehten Haaren am Fuß des Bettes innerhalb der Decken.

GGastnutzerThe location was great, the bathroom floor did not appear clean, there was both liquid soap and hand soap but no holder for the hand soap once it
was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin.
The personnel were helpful and friendly.

GGastnutzerI love the americinn hotels. This was our first time at this location. Our king studio suite was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Only downfall was the fact that the little kid portion of the pool was slightly deeper than expected. Not a bad thing for our older child (4), just not ideal for younger or short children.
