Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

Bis auf einen sehr unangenehmen Zwischenfall war alles großartig. Eines Abends schliefen meine Frau und mein zweijähriges Kind im Zimmer und mein Freund und ich tranken noch einen Drink in der Lobby. Gegen Mitternacht rief mich meine Frau an und sagte, zwei Männer seien ins Zimmer gekommen und hätten schreiend alle Lichter angemacht und das Baby aufgeweckt, das genauso verstört war wie meine Frau. Die Schlüssel zu unserem Zimmer funktionierten nicht mehr. Ich ging zur Rezeption, sichtlich erschüttert von dem Zwischenfall, denn es kann alles passieren, wenn fremde Männer mitten in der Nacht Zutritt zu Ihrem Zimmer erhalten - man entschuldigte sich schnell und sagte, es sei ein Fehler gewesen, dass sie unser Zimmer jemand anderem gegeben hätten. Bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich nicht mit einem so schwerwiegenden Fehler gerechnet und hätte mir eine etwas ausführlichere Entschuldigung als Wiedergutmachung für den Zwischenfall erwartet.

The Hotel's aquapark / water slides were not operational during our staying and I was told they're not in service this season, though it was not mentioned in their website, and we chose this hotel because of the water park for the kids. However! the staff in the reception were so nice, friendly and helpfull! an extraordinary service! In addition, we booked half baord and found out that the hotel cooperates with a near by Italian fusion restaurant thaT happened to be astonishing! Highly recommanded!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

Всё понравилось. Конечно, отель не новый, но на каждый минус( а их не много) есть много плюсов. Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.

We arrived at the hotel early, well before the check-in time. We asked if we could check in earlier than the scheduled time and the sullen clerk answered us sternly that it was impossible. We asked for towels for the pool in the meantime, and again we were told no. Some time later, another, nicer clerk arrived and explained that she would do everything she could to get us a room as soon as possible, and we did get the room early. The same sullen clerk continued to make a face every time we passed by the reception. The room we got was a room by the pool, overall a nice room, a bit small and mostly dark. On the plus side, we would like to note the cleanliness of the pool and the room. We asked for extra towels and got them. The food is not bad, quite varied. We really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel, the food, the atmosphere and the service. There is parking at the hotel and we used it. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the beach and the walking path along the beach. The hotel is close to the shopping street and restaurants.

Wir möchten wiederkommen. Gemütliches Familienhotel, gut für ruhige Wochenenden, aber nicht für junge Unternehmen. Pluss: Das Zimmer war vor der Eincheckung bereit und sie bemerkten, dass einer von uns einen Geburtstag hat, so dass sie Früchte und eine Flasche Wein als Kompliment, Wi-Fi sowie gegeben. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht. Genug Unterschiede Art von Essen im Restaurant, sogar Frühstück so viele Möglichkeiten zu essen. Normalerweise war jeder Mahlzeit großartig, am Abendessen haben sie auch ein Meeresfrüchte. Indiens persönlich verstehen manchmal nicht, wenn sie grausame Witze erwähnen und dann gute Gespräche mit ihnen erwarten. Aber nach einigen Witzen verlor ich jede Motivation, mit ihnen zu sprechen im Allgemeinen. Leider gibt es kein WC im Poolbereich und Sie müssen eine in der Nähe der Rezeption verwenden, dies ist unkomfortabel und Sie müssen warten, bis Sie trocken werden. Die Getränke 50/50, Bier ist gut, Wein, den wir nicht mögen.Auch gibt es keine Flaschen Wasser, so müssen Sie immer ein Glas Wasser an der Bar fragen. Der Pool ist super groß, das ist wirklich cool, weil jeder genügend Platz für Spiele und Kühlschrank hat.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Anmaria Beach Resort! Das Anmaria Beach Resort war einfach fantastisch! 🌴 Die Lage ist perfekt – die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe, genauso wie viele Bars, Clubs und Geschäfte. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also ideal für alle, die Sonne und Meer lieben. ☀️🏖️ Der Service war top! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe gearbeitet wird. 💫 Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, und sowohl der Innen- als auch der Außenpool sind wunderschön. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Dame, die am Pool arbeitet – sie war so herzlich und aufmerksam, dass man sich gleich willkommen gefühlt hat. 💖

Die Lage war großartig, nahe mehreren Stränden. Es gibt einen Shuttle, der Ihnen einen Fahrt zum nächsten geben kann, aber leider war während meines Aufenthalts aus dem Dienst - ich empfehle Konnos und Fig Tree Strände, die etwas weiter sind. Die Spa-Dienste (z. B. Massage, Exfoliation & Hydratation usw.) waren sehr unterwältigend und nicht wertvoll. Das Badezimmer hatte die Haarstriche des vorherigen Gästes auf der Duschewand und die Schicht in den Fliesen - eine Person wurde nach einem Anruf an die Rezeption zu “reinigen” gesandt. Andererseits war das Frühstück groß und inklusive. Der Pool war schön und die Bar war direkt neben ihm mit Getränken und schnellen Snacks (z. B. Salat, Clubsandwiches, Würfel usw.). Parkplatz war auch erreichbar und einfach.  Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber die Sauberkeit und Spa-Dienste sollten wirklich von der Einrichtung aus gezielt gepflegt werden.

Wo unser Zimmer liegt, bedeutete es, dass wir die sehr lauten Bars über den Streifen jeden Abend hatten. Die meisten Bars waren Karaoke oder freundliche Handlungen mit Kunden, die zusammen singen, so dass sogar mit der Balkontür geschlossen Sie es hören konnten, als ob Sie da waren!! Ich persönlich mag die Sonnenbäder nicht auf dem Gras, bekommen feine Füße und Sonnenbäder. Wegen der Menschen, die in und aus dem Pool gehen, beginnen Sie zu schmutzigen Patches. Die Sonnenschirme sind nicht beweglich und die Sonnenbetten sind ziemlich in so wenig Raum verpackt, um Ihr Sonnenbett in die Schatten zu bewegen. Essen war großartig. Barpersonal sehr freundlich. Lifts sind zu klein für ein solches großes Hotel, so warten Sie auf einen Aufzug. Wir endeten am Strand die meisten Tage, schön sauberer Strand. günstig zu Sonnebetten für den Tag.
