Sehr gutes Hotel, große Lage, saubere Einrichtungen und Hauspflegepersonal sind freundlich. Allerdings funktioniert ihr automatisiertes Anrufsystem (Ich habe aus den UAE angerufen), ich konnte nicht mit jemandem Kontakt zu bekommen, bevor ich ankam. Die Schwimmbadzeiten sind NICHT geschäftlich freundlich (von 9am-6pm). Toilette ist nicht die bequemste, da die Dusche nicht eine Schließung (oder eine Tür) hat, sodass Wasser nach der Dusche umher war. Und der Wasserfluss aus dem Tauch ist extrem langsam, ich musste den Schnur entfernen, um einen guten Fluss zu erhalten.

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

So viel Lärm aus der Klimaanlage kann nicht gut schlafen

Had issue on entry with dollars (need to take a cab fee km away from the hotel , and only after full fee collection the hotel let us in. We had dollars, both visa and master card didn’t work.

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, sauber und ruhig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Lulu-Supermarkt. Es liegt in Strandnähe und bietet guten Service. Das Restaurant bietet morgens nur Buffet an. Mittag- und Abendessen können aufs Hotelzimmer bestellt werden.

Even though I arrived before check in time, they let me check in without questions.

Самое лучшее воспоминание о Даммаме - это наш отель. Мы прилетели поздно ночью, заселили нас буквально за минуту, угостив после этого чаем с финиками. С утра нас ждал отличнейший завтрак, приготовленный умелыми поварами и сервированный мега дружелюбными официантами. Номера чистые, просторные, сервис отличный. Также очень понравился спортзал.

Das Zimmer ist noch schmeckt gut, ich weiß nicht, ob es Klimaanlage oder Abgas gibt. Der Geräusch ist groß, weil der Aufenthalt schon früh ist, ist es nicht mehr so, weil ich am Morgen war. Ich habe das Frühstück im Hotel gedeckt, das ich mir gesagt habe, es gibt kein Frühstück, schlechte Kommentare!!!
