The hotel is very comfortable and nice, give a resort feel! But it’s a bit rundown, for example the back of the building looking towards the pool could use a paint because it looks old and needing it badly! I also requested an iron and there isn’t one neither in the rooms not in the whole hotel!
The rest is great! Indoors pool and sauna, room looks like 80s but comfortable, views and birds around are great, next to the beach. Breakfast was good

Lage: Das Hotel liegt in der Gegend von Alcochete, wo Salz produziert wird. Es handelt sich um eine neu entwickelte Gemeinde am Meer mit schöner Landschaft und ist für den Urlaub geeignet.
Transport: Es ist besser, dorthin zu fahren. Es gibt viele Kreisverkehre entlang der Straße und in der Nähe des 3 Kilometer entfernten Rathauses gibt es viele Restaurants.
Ausstattung: Innen- und Außenpools, Fitnessraum, Leseraum.
Zimmer: Apartmentstil, 1 Schlafzimmer, offene Küche, Terrasse mit Blick auf die Felder, keine Landschaft, man kann den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Waschmaschinen, Küchenutensilien und Kaffeemaschinen sind vorhanden.
Verpflegung: Der Frühstücksstil ist einfach und raffiniert, mit Obst, Brot, Käse, Salat und Schinkenplatten.
Service: Ich habe in 5 Hotels an verschiedenen Orten in Portugal übernachtet. Der Service des Personals war relativ gleichgültig.

Das Zimmer ist recht groß und der Strand liegt auf der anderen Seite. Öffnen Sie das Fenster und Sie können das Rauschen der Wellen hören. Ziemlich gut. Ich bin zu früh am Morgen abgereist und habe nicht gefrühstückt. Ich frage mich, wie das Frühstück war.

Schönes Hotel, nette Rezeption, schönes Restaurant und Pool. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb des Dorfes und bietet Meerblick.
Zum hiesigen Strand wird ein kostenloses Shuttle angeboten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa and had an overall positive experience but felt there were areas where improvements would enhance the stay for future guests.
Pros:
• Location: The hotel’s location is serene, offering beautiful ocean views, peaceful mornings with birdsong, and breathtaking sunsets. Although it’s about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, the tranquil environment makes it worthwhile for those seeking a break from the city.
• Design: The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious public areas and comfortable rooms. My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance.
Areas for Improvement:
• Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference.
• Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms.
• Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated.
• Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility.
• Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup.
Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. I hope the management will take these suggestions into account to ensure the hotel lives up to its full potential.

ZzakkatakDrove 600kms from Malaga to stay here whilst doing some business in the locale, which was very quiet, like an ex-workers community... so wasn't anticipating or expecting anything 5*
I'm sure they did their best but being told no soap is available, although toiletries are listed as free, and to use the pump dispensers, even when the bidet is too far to operate a pump in situ, and to have suggested to fill a cup with liquid soap first....really?? Both the bidet and bath plug leaked, the extractor fan wasn't operating and also the fridge was missing the door shelf retainers, not helpful!!
I realise my off-season stay was in February, but I asked if there was room service but was told no, and yet they advertise it??
therefore it would be very welcoming if the coffea/hot drink machine was available for a reasonable time during the day and evening, not just at breakfast and evening meal
If that wasn't possible, then for £70 per night I would have appreciated a small travel kettle in my room, as I was happy to supply milk, tea and coffee, but hey ho
Probably wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again, staff looked bored during meal service and honestly couldn't blame them, maybe some music, ever?

EEddie RogersStayed at upon vila for 4 nights. First impressions were very good starting with the location which faces the Targus river and a short drive to several restaurants on the
sea front. My room was quite big and had several seats and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. A complimentary bottle of water and some cookies were also waiting in my room.
Breakfast times were from 8am - 11am which is great for late risers. First impressions on breakfast was disappointing. They had a few cereals limited fruit and pastries. They only had eggs and bacon for the cooked breakfast and on another day mushrooms. Also the same items were served over the 4 days. It would have been better to vary the menu each day. Overall a pleasant stay but disappointed with breakfast choices.

Os funcionários foram de uma maneira geral muito simpáticos.
O quarto superior é pequeno, assim como o wc mas suficiente. O minibar é super silencioso, a mangueira higiénica tinha a pressão um pouco descontrolada. A sonorização para o corredor e para o exterior não é a melhor mas também não é muito má, mas dos outros quartos não ouvi qualquer ruído.
O SPA a piscina é pequenina, controlam a lotação com pre reservas e as crianças pequenas só podem frequentar de manhã.
O ginásio tem algumas máquinas, suficientes para trabalhar os grandes grupos musculares.
O pequeno almoço é variado, a meu ver falta o típico pão alentejano, no primeiro dia os ovos mexidos tinham um aspeto muito ressequido, no segundo dia já tinham bom aspeto, acho de mau tom as 10h em ponto começarem os funcionários num alvoroço a recolher mesas e a condicionar o acesso apenas a uma parte do buffet, iniciando as limpezas e já não reponham nada.
Foi uma estadia agradável.

AAna Cláudia Mouro DiasIch war mit meiner Mutter im Hotel, um ihr Geburtstagswochenende zu verbringen, und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtungen sowie die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Der Außenbereich ist sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, wir hatten jedoch Halbpension gebucht, bei der das Abendessen inbegriffen war und auf der Speisekarte nur die Option Fisch oder Fleisch stand, sodass die Auswahl des Kunden eingeschränkt war.
Die Gesamtbewertung ist jedenfalls sehr positiv und ich habe daher vor, das Erlebnis zu wiederholen.

AAlentejoIt is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view.
Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

GGastnutzerForget all the naysayers, this place is great! The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the setting is lovely. The only thing I didn't exactly like was the location. It's great if you're planning to drive everywhere but less fun if you want to walk - you're going to end up on one of two national highways.
But apart from that, zero complaints. It's a charming country estate with its little quirks and I really wouldn't change a thing :)
