In der Wang-Fan-Geheimnisse, hat er den nahe gelegenen Radisson Long-Zentrum in Hangzhou ausgewählt. Es hat eine einzigartige Lage in der Wang-Zentrum-Standort, ruhig und verborgen. Es ist 10 Minuten von der Wang-Zentrum-Fahrt, etwa 1 bis 2 Kilometer von der Wurm, der Wang-Zentrum-Fahrt, und es ist sehr einfach zu Fuß zu gehen oder zu Fuß zu gehen. Der Hunjiang Mountain, der ganze Teil des chinesischen Zhuang Museums, ist sehr offen und steht im Zhuang-Baum, auch wenn es nicht die Saison der Ernte ist, hat er einen sauberen Duft. Die intimen Hilfen für die Gepäckaufnahme und die Führung der Aufenthaltsverfahren. Die Service-Einstellung ist super gut und sehr enthusiastisch. Das ist ein Hotel mit einer Kultur der Zhengzhou, das empfehlenswert ist.

Ich habe einen Termin zum Einchecken für 14:00 Uhr vereinbart, bin aber unterwegs um 14:40 Uhr angekommen und das Zimmer war noch nicht aufgeräumt. Lass uns noch eine Stunde warten😞😞😞Er sagte uns, wir sollten uns Bescheid sagen, und meine Kinder und ich warteten in der Lobby. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Sitzplatz, der Konsumbereich ist leer und das Kind ist müde vom Stehen. Ich lasse das Kind sitzen, aber das Kind darf nicht sitzen. Nach dem Aufräumen Aufstehen, niemand hat uns zum Einchecken aufgefordert😞😞😞, die Bettdecke im Zimmer fühlt sich etwas feucht an, egal wie gut der Hotelservice ist, es ist nutzlos

Als ich zum ersten Mal nach Yiwu kam, entschied ich mich für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit neuer Dekoration, Kohler-Sanitärartikeln, Samsung-Fernseher und der Hardware war von hohem Standard! Zur Begrüßung gab es auch Obst! Es ist nur so, dass das Servicebewusstsein nicht so ausgeprägt ist wie bei ausländischen Marken. Es waren nicht viele Gäste beim Frühstück da und die Köche und Kellner waren zu sehr damit beschäftigt, sich zu versammeln und zu plaudern, um einen proaktiven Service zu bieten. Was herzerwärmend war, war, dass es regnete, als wir hinausgingen, und der Portier die Initiative ergriff, einen Regenschirm hielt und ihn zum Auto brachte. Wenn ich das nächste Mal komme, werde ich mich wieder für Jindu entscheiden, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut!

Dieses Hotel verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Lage und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt und auch der West Lake und die Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhöfe sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr umfassend. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum im 19. Stock und eine Wäscherei und einen Trockner im ersten Stock. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und der Aufenthalt ist sehr komfortabel. Xiao Yang an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, proaktiv und enthusiastisch. Auch das Frühstück ist gut, abwechslungsreich und ich persönlich finde es recht günstig. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

It was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist von dem Designstil gelockt, und die Aussicht des Hotels ist uns wunderbarer! Ob es sich um Badegegenstände oder um Zimmeranlagen handelt, sind von hoher Qualität. Die Fenster sind sauber, die helle Sonne ist in das warme Zimmer eingeflossen, mit der Hotelwarte wird eine Schachtel roter Tee gefüllt und im Moment in ein gutes Urlaubsmodell. Das Hotel-Essen ist auch sehr lecker. Außer im Ausland haben wir uns alle für ein Essen im Restaurant entschieden. Das Hotel hat auch einen kostenlosen Nachmittagsservice. Wir sind nicht zum Restaurant nachmittags gekommen, weil wir müde sind, um aus dem Hotel zu kommen. Der Hotelleiter kleiner Ting hat spezielle Vereinbarungen getroffen, um den Nachmittagspunkt ins Zimmer zu schicken, um ihn zu genießen. Sehr bewegt! Alle Hotels sind sorgfältig eingerichtet, die enthusiastischen und enthusiastischen Mitarbeiter, lassen Sie uns nicht auslaufen und warten auf die nächsten Urlaubsreisen im Hotel. Wir hatten ein kleines gelbes Enten-Eltern-Kind-Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden. Auch der Hotelservice ist sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Nicole Jinny Mandy ist sehr nett. Als ich meine Kleidung nach dem Auschecken im Zimmer ließ, wurde ich so schnell wie möglich benachrichtigt und nach Hause zurückgeschickt. Ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt
