This hotel is using a former convent / army barrack site. Its definitely historical, therefore most items look ancient. However, toilet is spacious with bidet, bidet faucet & bathtub. Hot water needed some time to heat up during shower. NO toothbrush, paste, razor provided. Just hand wash and shower liquid soap, 2 paper cups and a hair dryer. Indeed, the towels are in need of replacement. NO kettle in the room as well. Small TV is new, channels include cartoonito, France24, TLC, AXN, Biggs, Euro News, syfy, TRT world, sports etc. There is a gated carpark for about 20 cars and its FOC. We just parked our car here and explored the city by foot. This historical building is interesting for kids to explore, kind of feel like staying in a Castle. There is NO lift for higher floor rooms and Swimming Pool. 1 122 The breakfast was alright. A coffee mqachine. Ham, cheese slice, eggs, mushrooms, fresh fruits, bread, viennoiserie psstry, pastel de nata. Room rate fluctuating too much. I will still consider to stay during off peak season.

Pferde Mädchen Traumziel! Vermisst nicht die geleitete Tour, es erlaubt Ihnen, zu treffen und alle Babys zu Hause zu bekommen. Wir gingen während der Schaumsaison im April und es war fantastisch. Das Hotel ist schön und hat viel zu tun. Die Stadt ist auch wunderschön mit einem Schloss und einem schönen Garten zu besuchen, kontaktieren Sie die Stud Farm und buchen Sie Ihre Aktivitäten viel zuvor. Die Meere gehen zweimal täglich in und aus den Feldern (nur Wochentage) und es ist eine Show nicht zu verpassen. Auch viele erstaunliche Hunde und Katzen um. Liebe alle Stücke davon

The hotel was excellent, the building being an old convent was architecturally interesting and suited its new purpose very well. The room with an impressive four poster bed was a good size and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My only slight criticism would be concerning the breakfast, which was somewhat limited and if arriving towards the end of the serving period there was little left to choose from  Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay 

Stayed with family here in a second booked room in this hotel. Outdoor pool was so inviting as the temp reached 35 deg in early October. Staff were super efficient and the prices for a late check out were very reasonable. The hotel itself is located within the walks of the town with ample outdoor parking just outside. Highly recommend a stay here.

Einer unserer ”besten Wert” Orte in Alto Alentejo. Zimmer sind modisch und einfach, aber geräumig. Frühstück (als auch immer!) ist hochwertig und frisch und der Innenpool, Sauna und Außenpool ist großer Plus. Restaurants in der Stadt (Regata und Alpahoaense) sind am besten in der Region (und immer noch billig) Sehr empfohlen sogar für einen Wochenende-Reise

Herdade da Cortesia is a calm place in the middle of nowhere, therefore it’s the perfect place to have a calm and quiet experience. With a 3 minutes drive you get to Avis, a calm beautiful villa, with a supermarket where you can buy the basics. There are restaurants nearby but you should have a car to get there.

Buen hotel. Buen desayuno, limpieza y buena habitacion, hotel amplio y confortable pero RECEPCIÓN FRIA Y CON POCO FEELING, NO SÉ SI EN GENERAL O SÓLO HACIA LOS ESPAÑOLES....TAMPOCO EN TELEVISIÓN HABÍA CADENAS ESPAÑOLAS SINTONIZADAS....ESTANDO A 10 KMS DE ESPAÑA.......

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft in einer nationalen Naturreservierung. Zimmer ist geräumig und gut gepflegt. Ausgezeichnetes Aussicht vom Balkon. Frühstück ist anständig. Gut für einen Rückzug.

Wir lieben das Hotel, Reinigung, Zimmerbereich, Dekoration. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser im Zimmer. Die Umgebung, der Pool und die spektakuläre Landschaft. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück und die Sympathie der Mitarbeiter. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen.

Tudo excelente e o staff super atencioso e simpático, no entanto, muito poucos funcionários nos bares/restaurantes do hotel para tantos hóspedes. O serviço era lento.
