Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

Peaceful place, in an historic building, wonderful view from the hill to the castle walls and city. Book upper floors rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The pool area is comfortable, grass floor, umbrellas and chairs available. Breakfast is ok, enough choices. Indoor room, wish it would have seating outside.

Excelentes instalações, pessoal extremamente atencioso, os quartos são de muita boa qualidade, dorme se muito bem, muito bem insonorizados, não se ouvia barulho nenhum dos outros hospedes. Pequeno almoço impecável e adaptado para celíacos. Recomendo vivamente

The first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

Das Hotel war sagenhaft und die schönste Erinnerung an die gesamte Reise. Der Dekorationsstil ist einfach und stilvoll, die Einrichtungen sind gut und das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen sind super exquisit und lecker, übertreffen den 4-Sterne-Standard, sind nicht teuer und bieten ein sehr hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Os quartos são amplos e bonitos, as áreas comuns são bem decoradas -Os produtos de higiene são muito cheirosos - A piscina é quente e confortável - O pequeno-almoço é maravilhoso, assim como a possibilidade de ter a lareira acesa. - Recebemos fruta, água, doces e uma garrafa de vinho de produção própria na entrada. No entanto, para um hotel de 5 estrelas e a praticar os preços que pratica, há algumas coisas que devem ser melhoradas com urgência: - A limpeza: teias de aranha bem visíveis nos cantos dos quartos, atrás das camas, nas escadas de acesso ao spa, no teto da piscina, etc - Falta de caixotes do lixo: ficamos numa vila de 3 quartos, apenas tinha um pequeno caixote do lixo em cada WC. Também não se encontram muitos caixotes pela propriedade. - WC: Falta um local para pendurar toalhas. A banheira tem um chuveiro de mão com uma mangueira de 1 metro, não chega para conseguirmos tomar banho em pé, tivemos que usar o chuveiro de teto. Também não conseguimos tomar banho de banheira porque a tampa do ralo da água não fechava. - Minibar: O frigorífico do minibar não refrescava quase nada e tinha um cheiro fétido, mesmo muito desagradável que rapidamente se espalhou pela sala. Para além disso, há algumas políticas do hotel que, na minha opinião, poderiam ser alteradas: - A ementa de room service é muito limitada no número de opções e as opções que tem são bem complexas. Não tem, por exemplo, uma tosta mista, ou algo assim simples. - A piscina interior é restrita a menores de 14 anos com a excepção da temporada de inverno das 9h às 11h e das 19h às 21h. Parecem-me horários feitos com o intuito de desencorajar o uso da piscina pelas crianças e respetivos pais. - A luz nas salas das vilas é praticamente inexistente (um candeeiro e um candeeiro de leitura, ambos com luz amarela). A política do hotel é ter luz reduzida, mas acaba por ser desconfortável quando nem se consegue ler um livro depois de escurecer.

Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Evora und haben uns das MouraSuits Hotel gebucht. Der Check-In war super freundlich und wir durften unser Zimmer sogar eher beziehen als angegeben. Das Hotel bietet einen extra Parkplatz, sodass wir auch keine Probleme hatten unser Auto abzustellen. Wir hatten ein Superior-Room für 2 Personen mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Bad ist wunderschön ausgestattet mit einer Regendusche. Der Pool ist auch angenehm kühl gewesen, aber nicht zu kalt. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Wir konnten uns unsere Eierspeise dazu bestellen ohne Aufpreis, es gab diverse frische Säfte sowie Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, Gepäck etc. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
