Наше путешествие стало еще лучше благодаря этому отелю. Уже на регистрации нас угостили приветственным напитком, что создало отличное настроение. Понравилось, что цены в мини-баре не заоблачные, а вполне приемлемые. Вид из номера на долину был просто потрясающий! Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. Вокруг отеля множество кафе и ресторанов, так что всегда есть где вкусно поесть. Но самое классное – крыша! Там можно не только любоваться видами, но и наслаждаться едой. Кстати, летом можно поплавать в бассейне. Завтрак был очень вкусным и сытным, шведский стол выше всяких похвал. Мы с женой остались очень довольны и обязательно вернемся сюда снова.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Great stay, really enjoyed my time in Shankar palace, clean and their breakfast spread is sooo good. Had one of the best dosa by their chef.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfreich und kooperativ, vor allem Avishek (wenn ich mich richtig an seinen Namen erinnern) war fantastisch und außergewöhnlich Kundenservice. Ich möchte Salim erwähnen, der unser Zimmer gereinigt hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die untere Größe ist die Dusche über das Bad. Das Bad ist klein und das Wasser geht nicht nach unten zu der Dräneleitung, die Wasser verursacht. Die Frühstücksartikel waren begrenzt und spiegeln nicht fünf Sternenstandard wider. Allerdings sollte der General Manger das Frühstücksmenü selbst ansehen und geeignete Maßnahmen treffen.

Hotel is good for cleanliness, location and services. Some basic amenities should be more such as towels which generally good qualities hotel have multiple ones. It’s in fact a small deal which can be improved easily.
