The overall stay experience was excellent, and I would especially like to commend Li-Ying Wu (also known as Go Reiei) from Taiwan. From the very beginning of the check-in process, she demonstrated a professional attitude by thoroughly explaining all the hotel's facilities and services. She always wore a warm and welcoming smile, which truly reflected her dedication to her work and her respect for the guests. During my stay, my family had quite a few demanding and complicated requests, requiring frequent assistance from the staff. Throughout it all, Li-Ying patiently addressed every single question without showing any sign of impatience.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here in late May 2026. And wow - this place is super impressive! This was by far the best hotel / resort we’ve stayed at during our Japan trip (nearly 3 months of traveling central and southern Japan). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, luxurious. You have your own private indoor onsen, outdoor onsen, cold plunge tub, sauna and if in the summer, your own private pool. You have a full size kitchen, full western style living room with a TV, full Japanese style living room, multiple toilets and a beautiful bathroom. And a beautiful view overlooking Beppu below! The food is absolutely delicious. The staff and their service are professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. It’s close to the 7 hells of Beppu attractions so it makes for an easy day trip too. And if you’re looking for a public onsen experience, its sister property is a 5 minute walk from this resort. It’s a newer establishment without many reviews yet, but take my word for it, you won’t be disappointed. We truly loved our stay here and we will definitely be back.

Das Zimmer ist recht gut, die Umgebung ist auch sehr gut, das Essen ist anständig und es gibt ein Problem. Es ist ein bisschen weit vom Bahnhof entfernt ein Taxi, 850. Wenn Sie in einer Kleinstadt einkaufen möchten, können Sie entweder an der Rezeption ein Taxi bestellen oder ein Taxi nehmen. Wenn Sie zurückkommen, müssen Sie ein Taxi nehmen um zum JR-Bahnhof zu laufen und ein Taxi zu nehmen. Bis auf die Lage ist also alles andere in Ordnung. Wenn der Standort in Ordnung ist, wird der Preis natürlich nicht derselbe sein.

Dies ist unsere 2. Zeit, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. ANA interkontinental Beppu behält seinen Qualitätsstandard. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel mit guter Aussicht. Die Restaurants bieten das leckere Essen. Die Outdoor Onsen-Einrichtung bietet die schöne Meeresaussicht. Ihre SPA ist inzwischen fast die beste Behandlung, die wir erlebt haben. Dieses Hotel wird für den Aufenthalt bei Beppu sehr empfohlen.

Terra Yufuin ist groß für Familien. Die 6 Betten können mindestens 6 Erwachsene und eine Handvoll Kinder beherbergen. Die Indoor-Onsen auf der Website war von meinen Kindern sehr geliebt. Wir blieben im ”Sauna” Haus und nutzten kaum die Sauna - es war großartig, im November das Wetter in und aus der Sauna zu gehen. Der Eigentümer/Manager reagierte auf unsere Anfragen durch die App. Ich fand jedoch, dass die Ausstattung sehr genau für Waschmittel-Pots und Müllbeutel bereitgestellt werden. Ich dachte, wir hätten sie zu rationieren, obwohl wir nicht mehr gebeten haben. Auch pro Bett wird nur ein Pfohl geliefert. Ich würde diesen Ort empfehlen, besonders wenn Sie gut mit Bündelbetten über Ihrem Bett sind. Meine älteren Leute schlagen jeden Abend ihre Kopf, so dass es eine Überlegung sein muss. Andererseits ist der Ort gut gepflegt und schön.

Wir hatten die fantastischeste Zeit seit Ankunft. Wir konnten neben der Kabine parken und wir konnten die Sterne in der Nacht sehen! Die Kotatsu war erstaunlich und die Mahlzeiten waren lecker! Liebe den Frieden und komfortable Betten. Die willkommenen Katzen waren so süß und ich werde zurück sein.
