The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

Bester Westin aller Zeiten! Fantastischer Service vom Housekeeping-Team. Echter Kundenservice aller Zeiten! Aus Erwartung. Das Team hat ein Mauspad neben meinen Laptop gelegt und sogar den Verlustdraht festgezogen! Hatte so etwas noch nie in der Marriott-Gruppe erlebt!

Das Hotel ist neu und die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Die Waschstelle ist sehr hoch und berücksichtigt nicht die Verwendungsgefühle von Frauen und Kindern. Die Leuchtturmknopfe sind teilweise beschädigt, die Kollegin kann nicht auf dem 3. Stock kommen, musste die Leuchtturm ersetzen, das Hotel muss gute Wartungsarbeiten durchführen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schlecht geräuschlos. Mitternacht und früh morgens werden die Dienstleister und Gäste zweimal im Korridor gesprochen, zumindest sollten die Dienstleister darauf achten, nicht im Korridor zu sprechen.
Frühstück ist erst um 7:30 Uhr angefangen, weil es 7:30 Uhr aus dem Hotel bedarf, um 7:00 Uhr zum Frühstück zu gehen. Es gibt nicht viel früher als ursprüngliche Art. Es fühlt sich an, dass es sich um ein Geschäftshotel befindet, und es sollte früher Frühstücksservice für Geschäftsleute bieten.

The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team.

Ich bedaure, nicht auf die Vorschläge anderer Leute zu hören, in Novatel in der Nähe der Ausstellungshalle zu wohnen. Dieses Hotel ist gut eingerichtet, aber die Pflege ist nicht genug. Wenn der Wasserhahn im Bad locker ist, gibt es Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel im Haus, und es ist noch ein Abstand zum internationalen Standard von fünf Sternen...

Schönes altes Hotel, viel schöner als die ziemlich charmanten neuen Orte, die sich öffnen.
Nicht die perfekte Lage, nicht viel um, aber einfachen Zugang zum U-Bahn und nicht schlechten Verkehr.

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

MMegan LindseyCame here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the ”real life” experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

TTaranjitkaur1102Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Courtyard von Marriott, Hyderabad. Die allgemeine Erfahrung war komfortabel und gut verwaltet, von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bereit, zu helfen, was den Aufenthalt reibungslos und stressfrei machte.
Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut gepflegt, mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Standards für die Hauspflege waren ausgezeichnet, und die Umgebung fühlte sich sicher und entspannt.
Das Essen war ein Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Variante, das sowohl an lokale indische als auch internationale Geschmacksempfindlichkeiten zu verpflegung. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war sehr gut, frisch und gut vorgestellt. Das Restaurant war aufmerksam und der Service war schnell und professionell.
Insgesamt war es eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung, und ich würde Courtyard Hyderabad für Geschäfts- und Freizeitaufenthalte definitiv empfehlen.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

GGastnutzerFEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.
