The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

Had a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

Der Service ist sehr gut, einige Einrichtungen haben Probleme, die Lichter im Wohnzimmer sind kaputt und das Waschwasser läuft ins Wohnzimmer. Frühstück ist ok, keine Änderung jeden Tag

Wirklich ein toller Ort zum Übernachten in Hyderabad. Das Personal war absolut fantastisch :) Wir können ihnen nicht genug dafür danken, dass sie unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich und superkomfortabel gemacht haben – vom köstlichen Frühstück über das Spa bis hin zum Rezeptionsteam.

Die Zimmergröße ist angemessen. Die Handtücher sehen sehr alt aus und nicht in weißer Farbe. Frühstück ist akzeptabel.service während des Frühstücks ist gut. Die Körperwasch, Shampoo und andere waren sehr intensiv mit Zitronengeräuchern. Kreditkartennummer auf dem Laptop nach Abschluss der Zahlung mit Swipe-Maschine notiert .. warum?

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.
