The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

Das Hotel ist neu und die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Die Waschstelle ist sehr hoch und berücksichtigt nicht die Verwendungsgefühle von Frauen und Kindern. Die Leuchtturmknopfe sind teilweise beschädigt, die Kollegin kann nicht auf dem 3. Stock kommen, musste die Leuchtturm ersetzen, das Hotel muss gute Wartungsarbeiten durchführen. Das Zimmer ist sehr schlecht geräuschlos. Mitternacht und früh morgens werden die Dienstleister und Gäste zweimal im Korridor gesprochen, zumindest sollten die Dienstleister darauf achten, nicht im Korridor zu sprechen. Frühstück ist erst um 7:30 Uhr angefangen, weil es 7:30 Uhr aus dem Hotel bedarf, um 7:00 Uhr zum Frühstück zu gehen. Es gibt nicht viel früher als ursprüngliche Art. Es fühlt sich an, dass es sich um ein Geschäftshotel befindet, und es sollte früher Frühstücksservice für Geschäftsleute bieten.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Herzen der Stadt, das Personal war sehr warm und freundlich und sie sogar auf Anfrage aufrüsten unsere Zimmerkategorie, da wir nicht zufrieden mit dem Zimmer given.will wieder besuchen

Dieses Hotel ist zum Übernachten ok, die Mahlzeiten sind ok, kein Problem, so ist dieses Standardhotel in Indien, es gibt keine besonderen Überraschungen, ähm, ein normales Hotel ist normal, ok. Nur ein bisschen weit vom Flughafen entfernt.

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing. The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team. Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

Ich bedaure, nicht auf die Vorschläge anderer Leute zu hören, in Novatel in der Nähe der Ausstellungshalle zu wohnen. Dieses Hotel ist gut eingerichtet, aber die Pflege ist nicht genug. Wenn der Wasserhahn im Bad locker ist, gibt es Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel im Haus, und es ist noch ein Abstand zum internationalen Standard von fünf Sternen...

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.
