Erwarten Sie mehr von Grand Hyatt, aber das kann nicht bis zum üblichen Hyatt-Standard Aber die Mitarbeiter machen den Unterschied, sie sind freundlich und aufmerksam Zimmer kann besser verbessern, wie proaktiv das Zimmer ohne zu fragen, automatisch mehr Wasser zu füllen, aber sie liefern es schnell, wenn sie um es bitten, super effizient

Hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn & Suites Al Khobar! Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und komfortabel, mit allen modernen Einrichtungen. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, zu helfen. Frühstück hatte eine große Vielfalt, und die Lage ist perfekt in der Nähe von Einkaufsbereichen und der Corniche. Insgesamt war es eine angenehme und entspannende Erfahrung. Sehr empfohlen für Geschäfts- und Freizeitaufenthalte! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Habeth war ein Rezeptionist, spät in Shoi, als wir um einen Plus-Cap gebeten, und der Strand, Mo war sauber, das Hotel war sauber, die Drohung war schwebend, die Aufzüge waren mehr, und die ägyptischen Kinder gingen und störten.

Der beste Aufenthalt bei einem Diebstahl zu einem Preis. Ich habe dieses Hotel sogar für meine Abonnenten in Youtube. Carolsworldxo. Wir haben einen 5-Sterne-Unterkunft zu einem Preis von 1 Stern erhalten! Sehr empfohlen. Personal ist das beste!!!

Aloft is a great hotel for travelers who’s wants to get a budget accommodation along with excellent service. The red Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Whenever I call reception or room service, I get the answer and the required service fast and I give them 5 stars when I compare them with their competitors. Whenever I visit Khobar in the future, Aloft will be my first choice. Their location is walking distance to fast food chains, coffee shops and a hospital. The room size is very decent compared to the paid price.

Was a scenic resort with access to family waterpark, but lacking in options for food, do had to order from outside, which seemed acceptable. Breakfast option was not worth the price, would highly discourage anyone from taking breakfast option. For sports, there is nets and goals for football, but they charge for renting balls. Best to bring your own sports equipment such as badminton, volleyball, football, squash, tennis, etc.

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
