Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und hat eine gute Parkplätze und Zimmerpreise und Größe sind gut. Das WC ist der wichtige Teil des Zimmers, das renoviert und befestigt werden muss, es sieht schlecht aus, auch gibt es kein warmes Wasser in der Küche, das, wenn ich etwas im Winter benötigen, ich muss kaltes Wasser verwenden. Ich denke, wenn sie das Toilette renovieren, kann ich noch einmal buchen. Darüber hinaus brachte der Zimmerservice-Typ nicht alles, was wir ihn fragen, bis wir ihm Tipps geben, und es gibt keine Anweisungen der Snacks, die frei oder bezahlt sind im Zimmer

Es war großartig, die Bürsten brauchen mehr Menschen an der Rezeption, wie ich mehr als 25 Minuten in der Linie wartete und es gab niemand im Elitenbereich.

Insgesamt ist es gut, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer. Nur die Griffe im Raum sind etwas locker und müssen rechtzeitig gewartet werden. Alles andere ist in Ordnung. Das Restaurant im ersten Stock ist sehr schön, ein großer Stausee, das Abendessen wird hier angesiedelt, viele Einheimische kommen. Frühstücksbuffet gibt es auch hier, normales westliches Frühstücksbuffet, viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten!

We booked this resort for an one night stay and that was the worst mistake ever going by the brand name Movenpick. When we entered the resort, there is no sign of Entry and Exit. Just a single security for both gates who asked to use same gate for entry and exit. Once we entered the reception area, no welcome drink (not even water ) or greeting of guest was done. Once we got the keys, the room service / helper wasnt even called to carry the luggage bag to the villa. Imagine you pay 1800sar per night and you are left deserted and the resort calls themself “5star” We carried our own luggage and went inside to notice hot water not functional, rusted appliances, dusty carpets and moldy ac vent and also moldy corners in the washroom, curtains not available on the curtain hooks of the master bedroom bathtub. Stained floors everywhere, completed zero maintained property. Accepting our mistake booking this resort, we still wanted to have a pleasant stay. Went to the beach area but shocked to see a small portion like pond called to be private beach area. And not to mention, super expensive rates for accessing cycles , motorboat and jetski . Outdoor pool was not temperature control so was completely unavailable to access. Finally back to the villa for the night, only to experience that there was no hot water coming in all washroom and kitchen. And all kids experiencing rashes and ichiness playing in sand. Finally kids bathed in cold water after waiting almost like 45mins for hot water. Only to notice that the hotwater main switch was switched off at the main electrical box. Despite the complaint, about hotwater in the kitchen area. The person said wait and he would come back to rectify in 10mins but it was 9pm already and had to call back receptionist asking for room change. They sent another technician to repair the taps for hotwater creating uncomfortable environment with no privacy until 10.00 pm.. for almost an hour technicians were working in the villa. Post dinner and board games , when entered the master bedroom was shocked to find ac not functional at 11.45 pm had to open the doors and switch on the ac from the common area and make the room cooler. Next morning kids got sick due to dust and molds and got nose block and my son left with severe rashes now on tropical ointments to cure his rashes. Overall it was a nightmare. Not even a 1star rated service.

Value of money, location and good rooms Everything was nice, easy to reach, close to almost all attractions in khobar amd Dammam, quite place for business and leisure. I wish only that they take care more of TV channels and the bad smells in the toilet
