Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gelegen für die Autobahn und für den Newbury-Bahnhof. Die Einrichtungen sind wirklich gut, und der Service wird von dem Moment an empfangen, an dem wir von dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption angekommen. Sehr schönes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Wird sicherlich zurückkommen.

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

Vermutlich das beste Hotel, das wir jedes Wochenende in der Arbeit geblieben haben und wir jeden Wochenende in einem Freizeithotel bleiben, alle Marken neu, Jacuzzi war unreal, Dampfraum hätte warmer sein können, Sauna war 100c, was schön war, nie gesehen, dass heiß, Das Zimmer hatte aircondition, das Frühstücksbuffet war schön, sehr sauber Hotel.

Novotel Reading Centre is located in the heart of Reading, with convenient access to food, accommodation, and transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to museums, parks, monasteries, and supermarkets. The front desk service is very friendly, and the swimming pool and gym are open normally from 10:00-22:00 every day. We are responsible for cleaning our floors very seriously and clean the rooms on time every day! Everyone gathers together at the bar downstairs every night to watch the World Cup, it's very happy! Der Service ist sehr gut und die Einrichtungen sind auch gut. Während der Epidemie müssen Sie im Voraus einen Termin vereinbaren. Es ist besonders nachdenklich. Die Pooldesinfektionsarbeiten werden sehr gut ausgeführt.

Um mein Kind zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch in eine nahe gelegene Schule zu bringen, blieb ich eine Nacht, sodass für das Hotel keine Anforderungen bestanden. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind durchschnittlich, die Betten sind zusammengestellt, nicht sehr bequem, die Gesundheit ist in Ordnung, das Frühstück ist zu schlecht und die Gesamterfahrung ist akzeptabel, wenn es nicht für den Urlaub ist! Die Dekoration an der Rezeption ist in Ordnung und relativ warm und elegant!

Lovely comfortable hotel, only drawback for us was that although they accept dogs (for which they charge quite a lot) there's nowhere to eat apart from the lobby, which is rather big and exposed, if you have the dog with you. Part of the dog policy is that they shouldn't be left alone in the room (that I agree with) but it left us having to go out of the hotel to eat at a local pub which was more dog friendly. Otherwise it was great, comfortable beds, good bathroom and a pleasant ambience, nice receptionists.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Das ABC Hotel hat die Reinigungsstandards beibehalten, aber die Zimmergröße war kleiner als erwartet. Die schöne Dekor kompensierte für die Beschränkungen. Obwohl die Lage etwas weit von den großen Attraktionen entfernt war, war es nicht schwer zu finden. Geeignet für diejenigen, die die Reinigkeit und die Aesthetik wert, aber Alternativen für geräumige Unterkünfte und eine zentrale Lage berücksichtigen.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
