المكان جميل بكل تفاصيله .. الشالية تبعد بضع خطوات من البحر حيث يمكنك النوم على اصوات الموج بكل وضح اثناء الليل .. المرافق نظيفة وهنالك اهتمام يومي بتنظيف المرافق لراحة النزلاء.. الشاطىء يتم تنظيفة حرفياً بشكل يومي من الاعشاب ويتم تقليب الرمل لجعله نظيف ومتألق كل يوم والموظفين يقدمون لك مياه بارده في حافظات الثلج ودروس لتمدد لجعل استمتاعك يصل لاعلى الدرجات… كما يوجد ملعب بادل برسوم اضافية لعشاق البادل.. تنوع المطاعم الكفيهات داخل الفندق يغنيك كثير من الاحيان عن الذهاب للمارينا حيث يوجد العديد من الخيارات سواءاً مطاعم او مقاهي او سوبرماركت وبعض محلات الازياء.. كل شيء رائع ويفوق الوصف.. اخيراً وليس اخراً اشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة وخصوصاً الاخت كارولين

Das Hotel gefällt mir, das Personal ist gut, geht auf Konzessionen . Aber die einzige kann das Problem nicht mit dem Eintritt in die KPP lösen, wartete 20 Minuten, als ich genehmigt wurde, zeigt meine Reservierung. Es war natürlich nicht angenehm. Und so, wie für Lebensmittel und Unterkünfte 10/10

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, geeignet für Familientouren, nahe dem Meeresgefüge, das rote Land, leider hat der Strand der Küste nach dem ursprünglichen Hotel eine Strandstraße gebaut

I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

GGastnutzerStaff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel.
The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate.
The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination.
As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good.
The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests.
Only some shops are missing.
The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Service: Beeindruckend! Am Eingang gibt es Sicherheitskontrollen. Bei Taxifahrten werden Fahrzeuge und Fahrer registriert, und es wird auch beim Gepäck geholfen.

• My reservation did not appear in their system, and they seemed surprised that I had booked through Trip.
• I had to wait for more than an hour.
• Honestly, I was hoping that when Ms. Sarah requested a chalet near the pool and water games, it would be a warm welcome, but unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled.
• Children under 12 stay for free.
• The hotel’s activities are weak, but there are water games for children.
• The beach is beautiful.
• The hotel’s location is far from the main attractions.
• Suitable for a stay of only two to three days.

MMarawanGood luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite.
My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

IIrene/CWeil es jetzt eine Tourismussaison ist, so dass die Geschäfte umgeben nicht geöffnet sind. Es gibt Nahrung im Hotel. Der Service ist gut. Sie können das Essen an die Tür liefern. Das Meer im Hotel ist auch sehr schön.

GGuest UserIch hatte einen großen Aufenthalt, aber enttäuscht, als ich mich fühlte, gerissen... Ich schreibe nie eine Bewertung, aber ich fühlte mich, dass ich einen Kommentar machen musste... Ich habe das Hotel versehentlich für 1 Person nicht 2 reserviert.
Das Hotel sagt die zusätzliche Gebühr war 1500 Ägypten Pfund, aber wenn Sie 2 Personen online buchen und über diese Website, es ist die Hälfte dieser Kosten..... die Entschuldigung der Front Desk Mitarbeiter verwendet war, dass wir die Betten zu trennen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel war das nicht ein beeindruckender Kommentar. Dieses Hotel, das zuvor aus dem St Regis Hotel kam, hat meinen wiederholten Kauf verloren. Das war mehr das Hauptthema. Jetzt hat er mir auch versehentlich 1500 USD Abs geschuldet, dann musste er diesen Betrag zurückzahlen - Sie würden wirklich aus diesem Fehler allein denken, der Front Desk-Betreuer hätte Initiative verwendet, um zu sagen, ich werde die Gebühr verringern.
