衞生：酒店房間乾淨 環境：整體不錯 温泉戲水樂園成人票:配套的温泉中心比較一般，沒什麼可以玩的，小童戲水遊樂場也沒有開放，單獨買了一張成人温泉票僅限當天，比較坑爹。 周邊其實也沒啥可以玩的。

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell und würdig, ein Executive-Zimmer zu sein. Der Transport ist bequem, da U-Bahnen und Busse in der Nähe sind. Das Deluxe-Executive-Zimmer mit dem Gruppengutschein ist kostengünstig und die Speisen und Getränke sind alle verfügbar, exquisit und lecker. Der Schlüssel ist der gute Service.

Die Suite im Hotel Hushan verfügt über verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten oder weite Berge oder Tiefe des Hofes, und die beweglichste ist die Magie des Lichts. Als die Sonne am Anfang aufstieg, war die Goldschale auf den Fensterschalen warm; wenn die Farbe sich verbreitet, wird die Abendmahlzeit wieder in eine Schale gefärbt. Mit der Zeit, die sich in der gleichen Fensterzone befindet, ist die Landschaft wie ein Bildschirm ausbreitet und macht jeden Moment des Parks zu einem Dialog mit der Natur.

Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich, eines der besten, wenn nicht der beste in Shiyan, das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfreich all die Zeit, das Fitness- und Pool-Zimmer sind wirklich gut, das Essen ist lecker, haben alle Arten von Essen im Frühstück und im Buffet.

Breakfast has a lot of options, but the hot stuff isn't warm. It's in a good spot, and the room is clean. The hotel gives you great service, like getting you a taxi and helping with your bags.

A great view and comfortable rooms. I would stay here again. The family enjoyed breakfast, especially fresh Danish pastry.

酒店為園林式，環境優美，設計大氣。房間很大，整潔乾淨，安靜舒適。早餐豐富多樣，美味可口，酒店的整體服務也不錯。就是入住時前台有個瘦瘦高高的小夥子送我們去房間，在推着我們的行李走的時候把箱子很重很重地撞在了樓道里的牆角上了，當時我們沒在意，第二天到家清潔箱子的時候發現撞了一個洞，日默瓦的箱子本來很結實的，這是撞得有多重呀，希望酒店加強服務人員的服務規範，五星的酒店得有五星的服務才行。

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

酒店面對遺愛湖，風景絕佳。服務人員非常貼心，本來第二日需要換房，結果給我們免費升級了房間，離開當日還給延時退房方便我們用餐。餐食可口、性價比也不錯，半島酒店已經成為我們每次回家探親的必選之所！
