We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, es muss ein Auto fahren, im Allgemeinen gut. Sehr nahe der Attraktionen des Tourismus. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig! Sie müssen es definitiv probieren! Es ist sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr angenehme Mädchen für Rezepshne. Fresh Hotel. Ausgezeichnetes Bettwäsche und Bügeln sehr weich. Aber! Das Teppich ist für nichts, es ist alt oder visuell unrein. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück! ! Gute Koch. Alles ist in Ordnung. Aber , wir wurden von der Siedlung, die Sie auf dem Gebiet der ewigen Stadt mit Golfmaschine bewegen können, bis 6:00. Durch die Tatsache, dass dieser Service nicht gefunden wurde. Wir mussten auf dem Boot zu einem Preis bewegen. Es gab keinen Pool im Hotel. Obwohl wir es auf dem Foto gesehen haben. Es erschien, der Pool des nahe gelegenen Hotels. ging mit einem 50% Rabatt, da das Netzwerk eins ist. Im Allgemeinen war das Hotel positiv. Alles war sehr angenehm.

Отель новый, достаточно чистый, комфортный. У нас был прекрасный вид из номера на канал. В стоимость нашего номера входила возможность посещения лаундж-зоны, где в течение дня можно было выпить чай/соки/газировку, а также в определённое время накрывали полноценный приём пищи. В целом было ощущение атмосферы курорта, где можно расслабиться в спа и около бассейна на улице. До основных исторических достопримечательностей 20 минут на такси, ждали машины недолго. Рано утром в аэропорт машина из яндекса также приехала в течение 10 минут, но можно воспользоваться сервисом заказа такси на ресепшн. В ранний выезд мы попросили собрать нам боксы с завтраком, все сделали в лучшем виде.

Eine sehr unerfreuliche Überraschung von 5-Sterne-Netzhotel: Ich mache ein Foto des schmutzigen Bodens. Es wäre möglich, auf einem menschlichen Faktor, einem traurigen Einzelfall zu schreiben, aber wenn wir es sahen, dass es gefragt, die Zahl zu ändern, wir änderten, und im nächsten war es nicht besser. Und so 3 Zahlen 😂 schließlich warteten, während wir die Bodenwäsche, so war es für mich wichtig, dass zumindest die andere Haare nicht mit den Klips gerollt wurden. Es ist schade, dass Sie das Video nicht anschließen können. Es war notwendig, mit der Mädel und der Konzert zu gehen, um auf dem Boden auf 3 Zimmern Haare und Schmutz zu zeigen, so eine Freude nach 2 Flügen. Zu den Pluss: gute Frühstückswahl, eine gemütliche Bar im Lobby, leere Spa-Gebiet, die Wahrheit der Sauna und der Keller waren leider kaum warm.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

The room is huge and felt more like an apartment. Good heating system and tucked away from the craziness of the city. Only con is that even though it is only 20 or so minutes away from the city, it is absolutely isolated and there’s nowhere to even purchase water or snacks.

The hotel is awesome, room is so clean and everything you needed have inside. Breakfast is continental and very good. Hotel service is the best I really enjoy my stay there. One thing which little embarrassed it’s far from city center but Yandex is very convenient to go any where in city. Overall I like very much and will stay again next trip for sure.

Excellent design, excellent ergonomics, lovely and very thoughtful hotel personnel - and very good views.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area with a garden in Samarkand at 15 minute walk from Karimov street, Registan and most attractions. Nearby plenty of restaurants and little grocery shops. The room was tidy, the beds are comfortable and the A/C works perfectly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen in a hotel: plenty of variety and choice. Also loved the cat in the garden that came to great us every time :-) Can certainly recommend this hotel!
