サマルカンドの駅に深夜に到着したので、駅の近くのこのホテルを取りました。駅から徒歩15分、大通りの明るい道だったので、1人で心配なくたどり着くことができました。 フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ、清潔な室内、十分な朝食で大満足でした。 室内には冷蔵庫やエアコン、バスローブ、アメニティーなどが完備されていました。 チェックアウトの後も、荷物を預かってもらえたので、身軽に街歩きを楽しむことができました。良いホテルだと思います。

Ich habe hier auf einer Soloreise übernachtet und die Atmosphäre war heimelig und der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich, sodass mein Aufenthalt sich sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Das Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zur berühmten Moschee und zum Registan-Platz, war also leicht zu erreichen und die Lage war großartig! Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsküchenbereich, in dem Sie kochen und Tee trinken können. Beim Check-in werden weder Zahnbürsten noch kostenloses Wasser bereitgestellt. Bereiten Sie sich also rechtzeitig darauf vor! Es war ein toller Ort und ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Usbekistan komme ^ ^

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

Die Zimmer sind schön groß und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist günstig – etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Registan und Gur Emir entfernt. Der Rest entsprach jedoch angesichts des hohen Preises nicht meinen Erwartungen. Der Spa-Bereich ist gut ausgestattet, aber schlecht organisiert. Ich hatte im Voraus reserviert, aber als ich eingelassen wurde, waren Sauna und Hamam gerade erst eingeschaltet und hatten selbst nach Ablauf meiner Stunde noch nicht die richtige Temperatur. Außerdem gab es dort keine Handtücher (obwohl mir welche zugesagt worden waren). Der Whirlpool war mit dem Pool verbunden, sodass der gesamte Bereich kaltes Wasser hatte, während der Wasserstand im Pool zu hoch war. Ich vermute, dass die Becken separat befüllt werden sollten und nicht immer voll sein dürfen. In meinem Badezimmer gab es einige Abflussfliegen, die Sauberkeit lässt also zu wünschen übrig.

The hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout. When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people). Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.

I thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel Staff super hilfreich, Vaziza mit klaren Anleitungen der Installation, während ich 1 Stunde früher als die Standard-Chexk-In-Zeit angekommen bin, sie mit einem verfügbaren Zimmer und hilfte zur Reparatur der Buchung. Großes Hotel, gute Restaurants, frisches Kaffee ... es fühlte sich wirklich wie ”zurück zu Hause”. Große Erfahrung, werde ich definitiv zurück zu diesem Hotel sein.

Pros… * Location: 15 mins walkable distance to Registan square and a couple other attractions * Breakfast: a great variety of options ~ hot & cold + few options of fruits and pastries / desserts * Room: it was ok apart from the AC… which was dripping water once turned on.. hot water available for shower which was great! Beddings were good, a fridge, iron board, iron, a keep safe box, bath robes, 2 bottles of water available in room. Amenities: hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, tooth brush, tooth paste and cotton buds were provided Cons… * Breakfast: starts at 8am and ends at 10am. It starts kind of late especially when some people of early start * Fitness center: only cardio machine available. Lights are never on, AC not on… also starts 8-8pm just really isn’t ideal timing especially during summer where people may wanna use the gym first thing before they have breakfast/ explore then come back for the gym.. hence I never got chance to use at all… it also looks like it’s never open… it gives a very off putting vibe. The swimming pool looks nice though.

I did stay 16 days, since i cycled from tokio towards germany, and just finished the pamir, i had a well deserved homeoffice break. The bathroom is of great sice, the bedroom has a AC, the kitchen is perfect. Sitting in the loving room or outsider underneath a shelter was very relaxed. Wifi everywhere. The hosts amazing, helpful, comforting, inviting. Everybody does their best. I did have a great time. The registan is close enough to also explore the neighbourhood and not to be in the crowded spots. Just a solid recomendation.

Das Hotel ist schön, sauber und gemütlich, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück köstlich. Einzig der fast eintägige Stromausfall trübte unseren Aufenthalt. Da das Hotel eine elektrische Wasserpumpe nutzt, hatten wir auch kein Wasser. Stellen Sie sich vor: Es ist Juli, und es gibt weder Klimaanlage noch Strom, weder warmes noch kaltes Wasser im Zimmer, und es ist stickig. Dann hört man den Generator des Hotels anspringen (es gibt tatsächlich einen), und man sieht den Besitzer seelenruhig die Blumen und Pflanzen auf dem Gelände gießen, während man selbst – Entschuldigung – nicht einmal auf die Toilette gehen kann, weil es kein Wasser zum Spülen gibt… Der Stromausfall dauerte übrigens von 22:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr am nächsten Tag. Während dieser Zeit kümmerte sich niemand vom Hotel darum, auch nur einen Eimer Wasser auf die Zimmer zu bringen, bis ich zur Rezeption ging und erklärte, dass etwas unternommen werden müsse. Wenigstens Wasser für die Toilette – an eine Dusche war nicht zu denken. Dies ist ein bedauerlicher Vorfall, auf den die Eigentümer, wie wir erfahren haben, vorbereitet waren, da sie über einen Generator verfügen. Aus irgendeinem Grund war jedoch das gesamte Hotel, mit Ausnahme der Eigentümer, ohne Wasser und Strom, als diese dringend benötigt wurden. Ich hoffe, die Eigentümer werden diesen Vorfall überdenken und alles Mögliche unternehmen, um ähnliche Bewertungen in Zukunft zu vermeiden.
