Gerade neben der Busbahnhof, eine Straße von der Bahnhofsbahnhof. Sehr bequem. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, ruhig, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Sie können sich selbst waffle machen.

Locatie op 10 minuten loopafstand van de stad. Je kunt parkeren in een garage op ongeveer 4 minuten loopafstand. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst lag er een doosje chocoladebonbons en bij vertrek kregen we koekjes. De kamer kon schoner; er lagen nog haren in het bad. Ontbijt prima maar niet bijzonder.

Lovely hotel,in the core area of Brugge downtown. Pity is there was a housefly in the room, unable to get rid of it. Otherwise all good . Breakfast is nice too .

Hotel is neat the train station. However, the Escalator to the platform of the hotel is not working . We need to find a elevator from the car park to enter the hotel. There's carrefour express and bus station to the city center right next to the train station. Really thankful for the early checkin cuz we arrived a bit earlier. The reception is polite and helpful. The room is clean and neat. Spacious for 3 ppl. However, they charge me extra money €100sth after I check out. Trip.com staff is also helpful for asking the hotel for refund. Otherwise, the experience there was satisfying.

POS: very central location 50 mtr from casino and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced. NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

Mein Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Bruges war rundum hervorragend. Das Hotel besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage mitten im Herzen von Brügge, nur wenige Schritte von den zentralen Plätzen und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. So lässt sich die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Der Service war außergewöhnlich, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, elegant, makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel – mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbares Erlebnis, und ich kann dieses Hotel jedem Brügge-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen, der eine komfortable Unterkunft in perfekter zentraler Lage sucht.

Kurzer Aufenthalt (eine Übernachtung) ohne Frühstück. Vorteile: Die Lage und die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus). Kostenlose Parkplätze. Ruhige Umgebung. Bequemes Bett. Nachteile: Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte verbessert werden, insbesondere der Boden und die Stühle.

The reception was just great fast, helpfull. Because I left first day very early they prepared a breakfast pack for le who was ready at 05.00 AM. Bed and room a dream, bathroom all products high quality. Breakfast you would love to have everyday. Checkout fast easy and very gentle. Perfect hotel to stay in Bruges. For tourist info is 50 meter from market place.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

Freundliches Personal, wunderschönes Hotel, Frühstücksbuffet war gut wert und komfortabel. Lage war an Ort und das Familienzimmer war gemütlich, sauber und hatte Platz. Nutten aus der Minibar waren günstiger als im Supermarkt, den wir nicht glauben konnten. Nur unten war der Duschekopf nicht im Besitzer bleiben, so dass wir es zu Duschen halten mussten, was schämend war. Insgesamt würden wir zurückkehren, wenn wir nach Bruges zurückkamen.
