Ausgezeichneter Service und schöne Zimmer sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit der Einrichtungen waren beeindruckend, und die günstige Lage mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe sorgte für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Von dem Moment, als ich in die Lobby ging, gab es einen schönen Szenz, der mich sofort erhob. Mein Flug ist spät am Flughafen Incheon angekommen, so dass ich nur sehr spät in der Nacht zum Hotel gekommen war, aber das Personal war noch verfügbar und hilfreich bei der Eincheckung, die ich wirklich geschätzt habe. - Ja. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem, mit IKEA, Lotte Mall, Komfortgeschäfte und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt auch viele Busshalte um, so dass es einfach zu kommen. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und komfortabel, erfüllt meine Erwartungen. Die einzige Nebenwirkung ist, dass das Hotel weit vom Stadtzentrum von Seoul entfernt ist, was für einige Reisende möglicherweise ungünstig sein kann. Insgesamt war es immer noch ein guter und komfortabeler Aufenthalt.

Direkt neben dem Hotel verläuft ein gut ausgebauter Fußweg, und viele Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Café, und die ruhige Lage macht das Hotel zu einem idealen Ort zum Entspannen. Das Bett war bequem, und es gab zwei Flaschen Wasser sowie kostenlose Getränke. Die Schalldämmung war etwas schwach.

Iderigu-Schwimmbad für Aufenthaltszwecke (Kinderbecken ist warm und gut) Und was ist der beste Weg, um nachts zum Hyundai Baek zu gelangen? Das Bett war in gutem Zustand und die Kissen waren angemessen. Trotz des kalten Wetters funktionierte die Heizung gut und ich habe gut geschlafen. (Ich konnte keine Unterstützung erhalten, weil ich keinen Luftbefeuchter oder Raumwächter mehr hatte, aber es war in Ordnung, weil ich einen Luftbefeuchter von zu Hause mitgebracht hatte.) Ich ging gegen 8 Uhr zum Frühstück und wurde in einen separaten Raum im Zentrum geführt. (Zum Glück gab es keine Wartezeiten... Am Wochenende ist es schon um 21 Uhr voll.) Das Essen war wirklich gut!! (Der befriedigendste Punkt... der Fruchtkaffee war gut) Enttäuschend war, dass das Zimmer etwas klein war und das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht gut abfloss, was enttäuschend war.

Stayed at Novotel Ambassador Suwon and loved the convenience. Rooms were clean, modern, and quiet with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Great location near the station and shopping. Overall, excellent value in Suwon for family trips.

I stayed here while waiting for my apartment to be ready. The service was really great, they came in and cleaned every day that I was there. Very quiet and pleasant. I had one of the delux rooms so I had a bathtub. It is out of the way from a lot however. So you have to walk a good bit to any bus stops and then ride a good 1-2 hours to get into any town areas with more to do. Also - I had a sneaking suspicion this was actually a “love motel” and not just a regular hotel. Because when I arrived some of the items they had place along with shampoos, toothbrushes, etc. were “warming jelly” and c0ndoms.

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

동두천을 즐기기에 제격인 위치에 있어서 정말 좋았어요! 주차는 시장 주차장이나 주말이라 어울림센터 주차장에 편안하게 주차할 수 있었고요, 친절하게 데스크에서 도와주셨어요^^ 시설도 깔끔하고 스탠바이미 너무 편하고^^ 동두천 자연휴양림 가족여행왔다가 둘째날 보산역 쪽 맛집 즐기러 추가 예약한 숙소였는데, 100점 만점에 100점이었습니다!

Pros: 5stars for the convenience~~~ Being so close to the KTX station made my commute so easy, and you'll never run out of dining options nearby~~ Cons: 4 stars, for there is no elevator here. :’) If you’re traveling with large suitcases, be ready for some heavy lifting. 💪🏻 The room is a bit cramped. Also, you might want to bring your own toiletries or ask the front desk directly for refills, as they weren't topped up during my visit. :’) Still a good value for the price and location.^^
