An der Rezeption saß ein Angestellter, der einen sehr schlechten Service zeigte. Er wirkte diskriminierend und verächtlich. Als ich am ersten Tag eincheckte, ignorierte er mich und sagte kein Wort. Am zweiten Tag musste ich 10 Minuten warten, nur um meine Zimmerkarte zu erneuern, und er sagte immer noch kein Wort. Er war sehr verächtlich.

Very decent place. Not the largest rooms, but you have everything you need. The staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet is very fine.

Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza Hotel is located at Plaza Independencia. It is within walking distance to Ciudad Vieja, museo Andes, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Solís Theatre. The hotel is situated about 45 minutes drive to Carrasco International Airport. We stayed at Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza for 3 nights, and I must say that the services provided exceeded our expectations. From the customer service representatives at the reception, housekeeping, all the staff at breakfast and Arcadia restaurants did their best to make our stay very comfortable and felt welcomed. The breakfast restaurant is located on the 25th floor overlooking the harbour and breakfast menu exceeded our expectations. There are a variety of croissants and pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yoghurt, and coffee. The heated swimming pool and spas on the 6th floor are clean and it opens from 5.30am to 9.30pm. There is a casino inside the hotel and plenty of punters smoking outside the casino. We were upgraded to a king suite room on the 11th floor. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was obsolete, and the linen provided looked like 20 years old. The carpet in the room looked old and dirty.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage direkt am Rio de la Plata und das Zimmer mit Flussblick bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Ein paar Straßen hinter dem Hotel befinden sich der Unabhängigkeitsplatz und die Altstadt. Den Fährhafen und die Autovermietung erreichen Sie zu Fuß. Es gibt viele Spezialitätenrestaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe, und das Präsidentenbüro und viele Regierungsbehörden sind in der Nähe, was das Arbeiten und Leben sehr bequem macht. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist relativ groß und Sie können kostenlos parken. Es ist sehr praktisch, ein Auto zu mieten.

Ausgezeichnete Lage - direkt neben dem Markt, in der Nähe des Fährhafens und der Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Service vom Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, das Frühstück ist in Buffetform und ist gut genug.

Los baños de las habitaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, el desayuno y el servicio excelentes!

深夜着だったがすぐに対応してくれた。ベッドも快適。朝食はサラダ等はなかったがフルーツ、ヨーグルト、パンケーキなど。リクエストも快く受けてくれた。

Ausgezeichnetes Zimmer, Aussicht und Lage (50 m vom Shopping Punta Carretas entfernt). Obwohl Sie eine Parkmöglichkeit haben, sind die Plätze begrenzt und die Option ist ca. 3 Quadrat vom Hotel entfernt. Laden oder mit Regentage ist eine Komplikation. Ich wurde 10 % gezahlt, als mein Tarif sagte: „Alle Steuern enthalten“ (ein negatives Detail, das keine größere Wirkung hat).

Andere können, dass die Tür geschlossen ist, es gibt Probleme mit der Tür zu öffnen 😓
