When we got to the hotel there was a lot of construction happening inside and no one addressed it. No one said, sorry for the mess or disruption. At one point the beds were totally vibrating from the work being done. Then, the toilet got clogged. We called down and they said that there was no maintenance guy on duty but they brought me a plunger... Even when the blockage was cleared, the toilet would not flush properly. I finally went down to the desk to see what to do next. The girl at the front desk said she could ask the maintenance guy from next door to come or we could switch rooms. I said that if he came soonish, we would keep the room. The man came and was able to correct the toilet issue and we had no further problems with that. Finally, the kids were pretty excited to go swimming, but the hot tub was empty. The pool was so cold the kids were in for a few minutes but couldn't stay because the water was so cold and the chlorine was so high that it burned the eyes to just be in the room. We were able to eat enough breakfast in the morning to satisfy us, but it was still hindered by the construction in the lobby. The Holiday Inn Express is not a bad place and is probably better when everything is working, but we were not the recipient of that kind of stay.

We ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

This hotel was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to get me a room on the bottom floor away from the elevator & near a side door for my dogs. This hotel had fresh coffee all day, a little store to shop in & our room was sparkling clean without a speck of dust (ours was Courtesey of Yvonne). The Hotel was very very quiet, staff were very friendly, kind and helpful when we had to unexpectedly book for a second night due to bad weather. I can't even begin to express how thankful we are that we were able to stay in the same room. Thank you Yvonne from room 115 12/27 & 12/28

Der Pool konnte nicht sofort verwendet werden, weil sie gerade in Chemikalien geplatzt hatten...warum nicht nach 11:00 Uhr, wenn jeder auscheckt. Das Frühstück war Ihre typische Hotelmesse, aber der Preistag $12.99 war ein wenig steif. Es war schön, aus echten Platten und Werkzeugen zu essen.

Ich habe alles andere genossen als letzte Nacht dort. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es eine Arbeitsbesatzung war, die alle ins Hotel kamen zu einem Zeitpunkt auf der dritten Etage. Ich verstehe, dass es die Art ist, wie ihr alle ein Geschäft treiben. Aber sie waren so laut und laut und hatten keine Respekt vor den Leuten, die schon um 9:30 Uhr im dritten Stock schlafen. Sie dauerten mindestens eine halbe Stunde. Ich habe den Vorderplatz angerufen, aber ich weiß nicht, was darum geschehen ist. Abgesehen von diesem einzigen Vorfall war alles sauber und sauber und ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben.

Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

It’s our first time in this hotel and it was great stay! Staff are friendly and breakfast was well prepared.
