Das Servicepersonal dieses Hotels ist sehr bevölkerungsreich, ein Lächeln und es fühlt sich an, als wäre es wieder zu seinem Haus gekommen. Im Zimmer, im Schlafzimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal des Zimmers ist auch sehr gut, das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, ich mag hier

Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

North Dakota fühlt sich sehr lächerlich an. In einigen Kleinstädten gilt Bismarck als Hauptstadt. Es fühlt sich okay an. Ich erinnere mich nur, dass das Bett ziemlich groß und ruhig ist. Ich werde vorbeikommen.

Wir waren auf einer langen Straßenreise und verbrachten unsere letzte Nacht auf der Straße hier. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, und bequem gelegen in der Nähe des Parkplatzes für die Beförderung von Taschen in unser Zimmer. Frühstück bei Denny’s war eine nette Zusätzlichkeit zu unserem Aufenthalt. Wir werden hier zurückkehren, wenn wir in der Region sind.

Overall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.
The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

JJayne LynnWhen we got to the hotel there was a lot of construction happening inside and no one addressed it. No one said, sorry for the mess or disruption. At one point the beds were totally vibrating from the work being done. Then, the toilet got clogged. We called down and they said that there was no maintenance guy on duty but they brought me a plunger... Even when the blockage was cleared, the toilet would not flush properly. I finally went down to the desk to see what to do next. The girl at the front desk said she could ask the maintenance guy from next door to come or we could switch rooms. I said that if he came soonish, we would keep the room. The man came and was able to correct the toilet issue and we had no further problems with that. Finally, the kids were pretty excited to go swimming, but the hot tub was empty. The pool was so cold the kids were in for a few minutes but couldn't stay because the water was so cold and the chlorine was so high that it burned the eyes to just be in the room. We were able to eat enough breakfast in the morning to satisfy us, but it was still hindered by the construction in the lobby. The Holiday Inn Express is not a bad place and is probably better when everything is working, but we were not the recipient of that kind of stay.

GGastnutzerWe ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

GGastnutzerThis hotel was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to get me a room on the bottom floor away from the elevator & near a side door for my dogs. This hotel had fresh coffee all day, a little store to shop in & our room was sparkling clean without a speck of dust (ours was Courtesey of Yvonne). The Hotel was very very quiet, staff were very friendly, kind and helpful when we had to unexpectedly book for a second night due to bad weather. I can't even begin to express how thankful we are that we were able to stay in the same room. Thank you Yvonne from room 115 12/27 & 12/28

Der Warmwassertube funktionierte nur 1 von 4 Tagen, die wir dort waren, und der Pool, den ich für wärmer fühlte, aber meine Frau sagte, es war am letzten Tag am Morgenschwimmen. Das Hotel hatte während unseres Aufenthalts minimal Personal, aber ich habe immer noch das, was ich brauchte, als ich angerufen habe, so dass das war schön.
TIPS:
- Zimmer brauchen mehr (oder größere) Gepäckbänke.
- Zimmer brauchen einen Recycling-Bin.
- Das Hotel braucht mehr Müll und Recycling-Bins auf jedem Stock. So zum Beispiel an jedem Aufzug, in der Nähe der Eis-/Wassermaschine, Hauptbodeneingang (in und aus).
- Das Hotel braucht Recycling-Bins auf jeder Etage.

JJanet MaryRoom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room next to us had a very inconsiderate person in it. He had his tv on quite loud. It was hard to hear our TV. This continued throughout the entire night. I finally called the front desk at 1:00 am to ask if they could do anything about it. She said all she could do was to try and call the room. This obviously didn't work as the sound was on alll through the night and was still on when we left at 8:00 am. I talked to the front desk and all she said was that she was very sorry about it. Very frustrating!

EEmilyThe service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves.
Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

Sehr modern und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr sauber und die Dusche war lieb und entspannt. Wir hatten morgens Frühstück und es war ziemlich gut. Auschecken war ein Snap. Wir bleiben sicher wieder.

GGastnutzerThe location was great, the bathroom floor did not appear clean, there was both liquid soap and hand soap but no holder for the hand soap once it
was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin.
The personnel were helpful and friendly.
