Hotels mit Parkplatz in Östliche Provinz, Saudi-Arabien

Мы отлично провели время в Даммаме! Но к обслуживанию в отеле у нас есть несколько вопросов: 1. За 4 ночи к нам ни разу не пришли убираться (никто даже не предложил вынести мусор или поделиться туалетной бумагой и т.д.) 2. Все купальные принадлежности почему-то были в одном экземпляре (полотенца, шампунь, мыло и т.д.), несмотря на то, что нас заселялось двое. Не думаю, что хорошая идея — заставлять гостей выпрашивать это у отеля. Учитывая тот факт, что 4 дня не было уборки и возможности обновить полотенца тоже не было — это стало проблемой для нас. Но нам очень понравилось, что номер был чистым. Также у отеля хорошие завтраки (с возможностью заказать свежий горячий омлет).

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

Das Zimmer zur Meerseite war groß und nett eingerichtet. Die Fenster haben den Lärm super draussen gehalten. Nicht so gut war die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer in dem Jugendliche eines Basketballteams gewohnt haben die bis 5 Uhr morgens immer wieder die Musik aufgedreht haben. Das Wifi hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück entsprach einem 4* Hotel. Zur Corniche sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gegenüber liegt ein großer Danube Supermarkt und nebenan gibt es 4 arabische Fastfood Restarant. Die Dachterrasse in der 11. Etage hat einen schönen Ausblick und einen kleinen Pool. Abends wurde im Restaurant für 149 SAR (ca 35€) ein Buffet angeboten. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte aber bei der Suche nach einem Transfer nach Bahrain nicht weiterhelfen.

It was awesome except that I requested 2 bed room for 2 night and I spend one night of them in a single bed room . and it took so long to switch . Otherwise it was very nice place and people .

It was a good stay. However, there was no breakfast buffet due to Ramadan. I think the staff should inform you of this when you check in. We ran late due to having to wait for room service.

Sehr sauber, verwirrt Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind rund um die Uhr nahe allen Services. Sehr gut für Wert.

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

Rein. Service ist erstaunlich. Ihr Essen ist auch großartig. Sehr freundliche Reinigungsmittel. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wert für Geld. Verbleibt für 9 Tage.

Wir sind nicht zufrieden, nur weil ein Grund, dass, zum ersten Moment, wir angekommen, uns nicht den genau richtigen Raum geben .    Wir reservierten Executive King Room With Sea view , die RMB1600 pro Nacht ist , aber sie zeigen uns normal einzelne Zimmer wert RMB800 pro Nacht ! Sie geben mir einfach nicht richtig Zimmer lassen Sie uns kleinen Zimmer leben, und auch nie sagen Sie uns, dass es niedriger wäre, wenn wir einverstanden sind, in kleinen Zimmern zu leben. Es ist unfair !! So sind wir nicht einverstanden, warten und warten, um sie zu bitten, uns zu korrigieren Zimmer. Wir brauchen wirklich Executive King Room With Sea view. Schließlich bringen sie uns in das richtige Zimmer und wir leben in diesem richtigen Zimmer „Executive King Room with Sea view“ aber es dauert uns eine ganze Stunde auf diese Situation warten.  Wir denken, sie sind nicht ehrlich, wir denken sicherlich, es ist sehr einfach, sie über ihren Computer überprüfen ihr System sie könnten sehr einfach wissen, es sicherlich das leere Zimmer “Executive King Room With Sea view”, Aber sie lassen uns eine Stunde warten, bevor wir in das richtige Zimmer kommen konnten. In der Tat sind wir damals so müde, nach mehr als 4 Stunden Fahrt von Riyadh nach Al Khobar.    Ich bin nicht zufrieden mit dieser Angelegenheit.

Der Hotelmanager hat mich um ein Dreißig am Morgen stolz aufgewachen und mir gesagt, ich müsse gehen. Ich ging nach unten und es gab kein Problem.
