SSerfi4Super freundliches Personal! Schönes Hotel! Leider, während der falschen Zeit gebucht, da das kleine ”Strand” sehr schmutzig war.. Das Hotel schien auch super leer. Das macht es weniger gemütlich. Im Zimmer gab es keine Flaschen Wasser oder Slips wie die Buchung behauptete. Die Toilette war ein bisschen schmutzig und es schien so schnell-schnell gepflastert zu sein. Das einzige wirklich weniger für uns war vor allem das Frühstück, das wir für 2 Personen gebucht hatten.. Das war kein Frühstück für uns oder für 2 Personen, wie es angeblich war.

EElie MatarDie Suite war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit separatem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Kochnische, die allen Komfort eines Zuhauses boten. Die Smart-TVs und das schnelle WLAN machten es mir leicht, während meines Aufenthalts in Verbindung zu bleiben und mich zu unterhalten. Ich schätzte die kostenlosen Früchte, Nescafé, Tee und Wasserflaschen, die dem Erlebnis eine besondere Note verliehen. Was dieses Hotel jedoch wirklich auszeichnet, ist der außergewöhnliche Service des Personals. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, kooperativ und taten immer ihr Bestes, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt angenehm war. Ich kann Matar Residence jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der nach einer luxuriösen und einladenden Unterkunft sucht.

GGastnutzerI originally booked for 6 nights then extended for another 10! ! It's a decent place that covers all the basics. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveller, I felt very comfortable and at ease here. It had everything I needed for a long-term stay. If you're looking for a reliable, well-located base that offers great value over luxury, this is it. Highly recommended!

KKhaledDas Hotel war so freundlich und im allgemeinen sauber, aber es gibt keine Shataf in den Toiletten und leider gab es kein WLAN im Hotel, was mich zwingt, eine SIM-Karte zu kaufen, um mein Personal für 50 USD zu machen.
Sie können nicht aus dem Nachtclub vor dem Hotel sehr laut schlafen bis 2 Uhr
