Es lohnt sich nicht für hohe Preise. Ich habe noch nie negatives Feedback gegeben, aber der Service des Personals muss verbessert werden. Kein Lächeln, keine Sorge, alle benehmen sich, als würden sie bald kündigen. Sie schätzen ihre Gäste nicht. Nicht nur wir, als wir eincheckten, zeigte sich auch ein anderer Gast unzufrieden. Nicht Taj-Standard. Nur wenn etwas schiefgeht, kann *** die Leistungen bewerten. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn die Preise niedrig sind.

The Taj Cormandel was a fantastic hotel and stay for us on our recent trip to Chennai. We were made welcome from the minute we stepped out of the cab. All staff are very helpful and friendly but Amit from the Chipstead deserves a special mention for his outstanding customer service and welcoming manner. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Housekeeping and services were top notch, plentiful large towels and hot water, plus some housekeeping surprises we enjoyed on our stay. Breakfasts were buffet style with lots of choice and culinary types, service was very well organised and any special breakfast requests delivered to your table.   Choice of restaurants for having dinner and a lounge for drinks and cocktails.  Swimming pool with outside loungers and fitness room are on the lower ground area of the hotel. Towels provided. Would recommend a stay here.

Nothing to complain about . All round excellence !! Convenient location and courteous staff really stand out. Ms Briget at the reception went out of her way to speed up check in formalities. Will stay there again.

Amazing service in all senses. The food is amazing there. Do try if you visit salem. Highly recommended. The room-service and in-room dining is a hasslefree thing and we can just relax without any tension.

I always love staying at Vivanta Coimbatore. Amazing stuff! Ansari and Vahijni always manure the stay was pleasant and being at home.

We were checked in swiftly which is good as we had a function to attend in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean and the internet connection was good. The staff courteous. The bed was comfortable. At breakfast although it was rush the staff ***aged to sit us and waited us well. The breakfast spread was aplenty and tasted good. Overall experience good.

I have been staying in this hotel every time I visit Chennai! The location so ideal that you could just walk, take an auto or drive to pondy bazaar & T Nagar! I loved the smart room concept that it become my benchmark whenever I stay in any hotel!😜 Their variety of breakfast simply not to be missed!!!! The sky roof restaurant view is so thing not to be missed!🤩 Will I come back again? You bet 👍

The worst front desk service in my last 25 years business travelling life. The staff is working his own and saying wait after I standing in front of the counter 3 minutes, then went off without greeting or referring to other staff. So surprise to know that he is the Sales in-charge after telling our feeling to other staff. Breakfast is excellent and staff are kind always. Cleaniness need to improve as many hairs in bathtub and water stains.

Located close to the airport this is quite a nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the food in the restaurant is quite good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
