Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el servicio fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, con habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y con una decoración muy bonita.
El hotel ofrece una ubicación ideal, a 10 minutos del centro de Toledo y con un parking justo en la puerta.

톨레도에서 묵으신다면 업그레이드한 방으로 추천드립니다!
최근 고택을 리모델링한 것 같은데 약간 오버하면 한국의 한옥, 일본의 료칸 같은 느낌입니다 ㅎㅎ
지금까지 간 곳 중에 수건이 가장 크고 무거웠고, 드라이기도 가장 파워가 셌습니다.
위치도 좋고, 엘베도 있습니다. 캡슐커피 무료입니다.
물론 건물이 오래되어 불편한 점은 있을 수 있습니다.
저희 방에서는 까떼드랄이 보였습니다!
샤워기 필터는 조금 새까매졌어요!

Everything was great especially the view and access to the center of Cuenca. The only problem is they charge 25 EUR per day for parking. Which you will end up with because it is very hard to park on the streets as there always are cars there. You have a museum beside the hotel too which was great

This hotel is right on the top of the hill with its stunning views to Toledo city. Rooms are really big, clean and tidy. It has a big pool both for kids and adults. The best by far is the terrace, we could have stayed hours chilling there seeing the majestic city of Toledo. Totally recommendable.

1. Als ich einen Antrag gestellt habe, sagten sie mir, um 8 Uhr anzurufen. In einem Hotel sollte der Service rund um die Uhr sein.
2. Als ich um Lotion gebeten habe, sagten sie, sie geben nicht Lotion. Wir haben 6 verschiedene Hotels in Spanien reserviert. Nur dieses Hotel hat keine Lotion.
3. Es gibt kein zusätzliches Wasser. Wenn Sie Wasser brauchen, müssen Sie es aus der Café holen.
4. Das Klimaanlagessystem funktioniert nicht. Das einzige Hotel, das wir für 3 Tage ohne Klimaanlage reserviert haben. So mussten wir die Fenster öffnen, hoffentlich würde kein Vogel während wir schlafen.

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price). Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

GGastnutzerWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

Das Frühstücksangebot für diejenigen von uns, die nicht das Buffet wählten, war eine tolle Idee – man konnte Kaffee und Toast bestellen und musste nur dafür bezahlen. Wir haben den Fitnessraum genutzt, aber er ließ zu wünschen übrig … es war kalt, und einige Geräte waren defekt.

GGastnutzerKeine Wassersauger, und noch wichtiger ist, dass das Wasser mit seinem eigenen Wasser verbrennen wird, das verbrennende Wasser ist ein Tee, das nicht durft zu trinken. Keine Parkplätze, genau am Samstag, ich habe 20 Jahre gebraucht, um auf der Straße zu bleiben und den Platz zu finden. Nach dem Abendessen kam er aus der Kirche zurück und brauchte etwa eine Stunde, um einen offenen Parkplatz zu finden.
