Ehrlich gesagt blieb ich eine Nacht in Chittagong und traute mich nicht auszugehen. Draußen sah es sehr unordentlich aus. Ich muss auf Sicherheit achten. Ich werde das nächste Mal nicht mehr nach Bangladesch gehen. Ich habe Angst vor den Gefühlen der Menschen.

Das Essen im Fisch-n Grillbereich war perfekt gekocht. Die gegrillten roten Snapper und sauteten Gemüse wurden gut gekocht und der Geschmack wurde perfekt im Mund vermischt. Senior Associate Md. Lokman serviert das Essen sehr schön und war wirklich freundlich. Sie prüfte uns ständig, wenn wir etwas brauchen. Sehr gut verhalten und kooperative Person.

Room key stopped working for all three days of my stay. So was the entrance into the elevator! I had to report to the front desk to fix it. The most weird incidence was the fact that although I was allowed to use the elevator, it switched of the icon showing the chosen floor. I had to go up and down before being able to report to the front desk and recharge my key card! The restaurant was not also interfaced with the system. I had to report back to the restaurant to pay the bill after I was first allowed to include it on my account to be paid on check-out! The water supply was interuptted forceing me to finish bath prematurely! The staffs were not as friendly as one would expect in a 5 star hotel.

Everything was perfect and nice I enjoyed a lot specially there all staff behiover was excellent the restaurant food was aslo perfect one thing I just wanted to chnage about the washroom aminoty box it was not so nice and the washroom smell a lot that's one thing I didn't liked otherwise everything was good specifically the housekeeping service the name was HK: Shah Alam he was so nice and polite I really appreciate it

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March 2023. The hotel room was dated, dirty and needed updating, especially the bathroom (see pics). There was no housekeeping which was a surprise and therefore added to the experience. The breakfast was laughable and disappointing, the whole breakfast area was a mess which is down the the clients of the hotel as well as lack of hotel staff keeping things clean and tidy. I walked back out after taking pics and I ended up having breakfast on both mornings at a local cafe with tea and paratha which was delicious. Lastly the hotel was advertised as beach front which it is not, it is close to the beach but the main positive of this hotel is the location, close to the airport, close to the beach with many markets walking distance. I did also eat at the hotel restaurant upon arrival, I ordered Chicken Jal Fry, rice, Dhall, as well as fried chicken, stir fry and other bits which I got to say was actually delicious. Honest opinion is that you can stay at other better hotels for a similar price so I suggest you review all your options before booking to stay here.

第三次住這個酒店了，在吉大港這是一個性價比比較高的酒店。雖然房間裝飾都比較老舊一點，但整體還是乾淨舒適的，6樓餐廳有豐富美味的早餐，頂樓有涉外的酒吧餐廳，還有頂樓游泳池。位置也比較方便。

It was a great and eye-catching lobby.Staff were really helpful but sofas in family room was dirty and they really had to change it.However in the couples room,the sofas were huge and not as dirty.The breakfast timing:7-10am;must as early as possible or u will have to line in a long queue.Staff cannot control people getting out of the line and complaining.The infinity pool’s view is outstanding but like breakfast,it get stuffed with people and it isn’t the best place for couples or family.There is no bathtub in bathroom.Beds and bedroom looks really nice and luxurious.Although the bathrooms really need to be renovated.
