The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops.
The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful.
We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty.
The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

Este Resort esta bien para pasar un par de noches antes de irse por lo que queda a 5minutos del aeropuerto pero un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad. Las instalaciones están bien, pero igual faltaría un par de cosas como una mesa de Pin-Pom o algo por el estilo. El servicio de los trabajadores en la mayoría esta bien aun que hay algunos trabajadores que se nota que no les gusta estar ahí y su atención no es muy buena. En general todo bien!

Die Einrichtungen sind brandneu und das Essen war unglaublich!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die meiste Zeit war da, um zu helfen.
Eine Sache, von der ich jedoch wirklich enttäuscht war, waren die Cocktails. Ich bin kein Biertrinker, also habe ich eher Margaritas oder Piña Colada gegessen. Keiner der bestellten Cocktails schmeckte nach Alkohol zu einem so hohen Preis.
Ich würde wiederkommen!

Ausgezeichnete Lage vor allem, was in etwa 15 Minuten am Flughafen liegt, in der Nähe des Strandes mit doppeltem Eingang, eine Haupteingang und die andere für die Menschen, die vom Strand kommen, Duschen mit besserer Reinigung und keine Abfälle von Sand, wenn sie von dem Strand zurückkehren, wie kaltes Wasser wie heißes Wasser, eine Gruppe von Menschen, die bereit sind, das Beste zu geben, damit der Aufenthalt des Gastes integrierter und sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

The place is amazing, I'm sure I'm gonna return. The pool and beach service was great. I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.

GGastnutzerMy brother and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was great and the amenities were outstanding. The pool was wonderful and the wristbands they give you made paying for drinks and dinner so easy. Overall it was a great value and we loved every minute we stayed there.
One thing to note is that this hotel is in the middle of a jungle, so even with doors and windows closed there were some bugs that managed to get into our bungalow.

AAlma ElsaEl hotel es bueno, el desayuno es aceptable, solo que cuando llegué dejé mis maletas en resguardo y no las encontraban tuve que entrar yo a buscarlas, el servicio de la alberca dice de 9 am a 9 pm lo cual no es así sino hasta las 7 pm. Con respecto al Restaurante lo usé para cenar, demasiado salado lo que elegí para cenar, las personas de limpieza a las 9 am tocan la puerta con una insistencia hasta que les comunique que regresará más tarde, me contestó de forma grosera que ella tenía que limpiar cuando yo tenía una reservación por 3 noches continuas, mismas que no cambiaron sábanas ni limpiaron el piso, ni muebles de la habitación durante mi estancia. La luz se fue el segundo día de mi estancia, así como el agua por un tiempo, el wifi es muy malo de baja calidad para el precio de este hotel. Las camas son cómodas, la habitación tal cual, lo mismo las toallas son ásperas, algunas se ven grises en vez de blancas, el papel higiénico que usan de muy baja calidad, no cuenta con pañuelos faciales solo una pequeña bolsa que dejan en el baño, tuve que solicitarla después porque no lo hicieron el segundo día, dejé después el pendón de limpieza y no iban tenía que solicitarlo a recepción mejor con un horario. Y la última vez me quedé por más tiempo mientras arreglaban la cama, solo la sacudieran con la mano y restiro la sábanas, las toallas que puse en el
Piso como lo solicitan para cambio, no las cambiaron y dejaron las mismas toallas.

GGastnutzerEn términos generales bien, los cuartos normales, aseo bien, sin embargo creo que las fotos de las habitaciones algunas corresponden al tamaca.( que era donde podíamos ir a piscina y playa ) quedaba a dos cuadras . Estuvo bien y nos gusto!
