This was our very first time in Shaoxing and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Beautiful location, comfortable room and incredible staff. The breakfast was always very good, with a variety of choices and occasionally offering a buffet style breakfast. The front desk staff was so helpful, assisting us with communicating with the airport and airlines to retrieve our delayed luggage. As foreigners struggling with a language barrier we were so grateful. The staff was also more than accommodating for any requests we had (borrowing a heater, restaurant recommendations, etc.) We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shaoxing.

I recently completed my 2nd stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao, and once again, it was an excellent experience. Upon arrival, the Assistant Manager kindly provided a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Floor room with a beautiful lake view, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service throughout my stay was flawless. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight cigarette smell, as it appeared to have previously been occupied by a smoker. I informed the reception team, and they handled the situation immediately. Within 5 minutes, they arranged a room change, and the issue was completely resolved. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast at the 45th floor restaurant. The buffet offers an extensive selection of both Western and Chinese options, with something to suit every taste. There was a wide variety of fresh breads, croissants, cereals, dim sum, a noodle station, fresh fruits, and many traditional Chinese breakfast dishes. The spread was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The hotel is located a little farther from the city center and some attractions. However, this was not an issue for me, as ride-hailing apps are readily available and inexpensive. Most of my business meetings were conveniently held in the Executive Lounge on the 45th floor, which offers excellent views and a comfortable atmosphere. Wanda Plaza is also only about 10 minutes away by car, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10. The service was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shaoxing and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Shaoxing.

I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Excellent Stay at ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel I had a fantastic stay at the ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is a huge plus for business travelers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. I highly recommend ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or pleasure. The blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service makes it a standout choice.

The location is absolutely fantastic for visiting Shaoxing. It cannot be beaten. The historic street of Lu Xun is right outside the lobby and most major city sights are within 10 to 20 minute walking distances. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfy and well-appointed done in a stylish traditional Chinese style from the early XXth century. The only problem with the hotel is, outside the room, the facilities are aging poorly and are being used and/or renovated in a rather haphazard way. It's a bit chaotic inside with multiple renovation sites that are not well isolated.

A great journey. The hotel provides us with good accommodation conditions. My little baby is also having a happy time.

Ich dachte, die Unterkunft ist im Land. Ich dachte nicht, dass die Hardware-Anlagen sehr gut und der Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel sind. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig und das seltene Frühstück ist nicht schwer zu essen. Die beiden Sisterinnen der Rezeption (Frau Li und Frau Wang) haben uns kostenlos den Zimmertyp aktualisiert, der Service ist sehr gut und sehr zufrieden.

Der Service ist sehr ernst und enthusiastisch aufmerksam, kann den Kunden helfen, ihre Gepäcktasche auf den Elektrator zu packen und den Kunden zu fragen, ob er seine Bedürfnisse hat, ihn anzurufen. Es ist sehr gut, gut, es lohnt sich, andere Services zu lernen.

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Familienzimmer des Hotels. Die geräumige Lage des Zimmers bietet viel Platz für meine Familie und mich, um sich bequem zu entspannen. Die erste Hand-Erfahrung war wirklich erfreulich, so dass wir zusammen memorable Momente schaffen konnten. Während das Zimmer einen angenehmen Blick hatte, ist es wert zu bemerken, dass die Lage der beiden Betten ein wenig entfernt fühlte, was für eine bessere Familienerfahrung verbessert werden könnte. Die schleifende Badtür war ein kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten, da es nicht einfachste war, zu navigieren, und ich fand mich manchmal mit ihr kämpfen. Ein weiterer kleiner Nachteil war das Fehlen von Schalen oder Speicheroptionen im Duschebereich, was es ein wenig schwierig macht, unsere Toiletten organisiert zu halten. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel war unsere Gesamterfahrung im Familienzimmer positiv. Die Raumlichkeit und die engagierte Atmosphäre überwiegen sicherlich die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten, die wir erlebt haben. Wir haben uns dort mit guten Erinnerungen unserer Zeit gelassen und würden in Zukunft eine Rückkehr in Betracht ziehen.

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.
