I recently completed my 2nd stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao, and once again, it was an excellent experience. Upon arrival, the Assistant Manager kindly provided a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Floor room with a beautiful lake view, which was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service throughout my stay was flawless. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight cigarette smell, as it appeared to have previously been occupied by a smoker. I informed the reception team, and they handled the situation immediately. Within 5 minutes, they arranged a room change, and the issue was completely resolved. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast at the 45th floor restaurant. The buffet offers an extensive selection of both Western and Chinese options, with something to suit every taste. There was a wide variety of fresh breads, croissants, cereals, dim sum, a noodle station, fresh fruits, and many traditional Chinese breakfast dishes. The spread was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The hotel is located a little farther from the city center and some attractions. However, this was not an issue for me, as ride-hailing apps are readily available and inexpensive. Most of my business meetings were conveniently held in the Executive Lounge on the 45th floor, which offers excellent views and a comfortable atmosphere. Wanda Plaza is also only about 10 minutes away by car, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall, I would rate my stay 9 out of 10. The service was outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shaoxing and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Shaoxing.

I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft im ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. Das Hotel war unerwartet sauber, mit gut gepflegten Zimmern und gemeinsamen Bereichen, die meinen Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machten. Die Waschbecken waren ausgezeichnet, was ein enormer Plus für Geschäftsreisende ist. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich, immer bereit, mit allen Bedürfnissen zu helfen. Ich genoß besonders den erfreulichen Kaffee und willkommene Getränke, die einen warmen Kontakt zur Gastfreundschaft hinzugefügt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, nur 15 Minuten von der ShaoXing North Train Station, die es leicht zu reisen. Keqiao ist berühmt für seine Faser- und Bekleidungsindustrie, attraktiv viele Geschäftsleute aus Indien. Das Hotel liegt auch in der Nähe von guten indischen Restaurants, Saffron und Kashish, die nur 2 km entfernt sind, bietet einen Geschmack von Haus für indische Gäste. Die Nähe des Hotels zu lokalen Attraktionen und Geschäftszentren macht es eine ideale Wahl für Freizeit- und Geschäftsreisende. Die allgemeine Erfahrung wurde durch die freundliche Atmosphäre und die gedankenvollen Einrichtungen verbessert. Good location if you're visiting the Keqiao fabric market. Staff are friendly & and helpful, but the bath towel is not absorbing the water well.

Ich war zunächst skeptisch, als ich mehr als 5000 positive Bewertungen in diesem Hotel gelesen habe, wie viele von ihnen wurden aktualisiert. Wir hatten jedoch wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Die Anlage ist erstaunlich, und wir blieben im Gebäude 8, das ist geschlossen zum Essensbereich. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen-Buffet sind ausgezeichnet. Das Abendessen-Buffet kostet RMB 138 an Wochentagen und 158 an Wochenenden. Das Essen war großartig, und es gab eine Menge Meeresfrüchte zu wählen. Das Hotel ist ziemlich nahe an touristischen Attraktionen, aber beachten Sie, dass Taxis ziemlich teuer sein können. Sie können RMB 50 oder mehr im Vergleich zum DIDI Taxi kosten . Es ist also am besten, ein Taxi über DIDI oder online zu bestellen, anstatt einen auf der Straße oder vor dem Hotel zu fangen. Ein Ort, den Sie besuchen müssen, ist Xu Shui Antique City, das das wohldokumentierteste Museum in Shaoxing ist. Es ist eine Spazierweiterung und kostenfrei zu besuchen.  Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben drei Nächte mehr verlängert und werden sicherlich in Zukunft dieses Hotel bleiben.

A great journey. The hotel provides us with good accommodation conditions. My little baby is also having a happy time.

The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathtub also had a leakage problem, so it could not really be used for a relaxing soak. Another major concern was the noise every morning. My room was located on the 17th floor, directly below the canteen on the 18th floor. From early morning onwards, there were constant sounds of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor, which was very disruptive and made it hard to rest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger provided in the room. Even when I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, housekeeping staff still knocked on my door repeatedly to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. On one occasion, staff knocked loudly at around 9 a.m. while I was still sleeping, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the hotel offers self-service laundry facilities. The washing machines cleaned clothes well and the dryers worked effectively. There is also a gym with good equipment, as well as snooker and table tennis facilities, which provided enjoyable recreational options during the stay. Overall, the facilities were good, but the noise and housekeeping issues need improvement.

Meine check-out war ursprünglich um 12 Uhr, aber da mein Flug nicht bis 9 Uhr. , Ich fragte an der Rezeption, ob ich bis 14.00 Uhr in meinem Zimmer bleiben könnte. Es war kein Problem. Aber dann konnte ich meine Gepäck in der Lobby verlassen. Nach einigen Stunden der Stadtforschung kam ich am Nachmittag wieder zum Hotel. Am Eingang gab es für die Gäste einen Kaffee und Tee, und ich genossen dort eine schöne Tasse Kaffee. Ich blieb im Hotel bis ca. 6 Uhr und fühlte mich ganz schön komfortabel. Das einzige, was verbessert werden kann, ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war ziemlich groß, aber es war meist lokales Essen. Es wäre großartig, wenn es mehr westliche oder internationale Optionen für Gäste gab. Es gibt einen schönen See in der Nähe des Hotels. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm – ein sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und guter Service. Ich würde sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben!

Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Aufenthalt ist auch mit Obst, Joghurt, sehr konservativ, das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, die Hände sind nicht vorsichtig, ich habe mir einen Brief geschrieben, das Gefühl der Erfahrung ist wirklich gut, ich komme nächstes Mal wieder.

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.
